Research On The Operation Mode Of Changzhou Swimming Club

In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of sports industry,and have promulgated policies and regulations on promoting the consumption of sports industry,which to a certain extent stimulates the development of sports organizations represented by sports clubs.Foreign sports clubs started early with a wide policy and mass basis,almost becoming an important platform for mass fitness and competitive training,and playing an important role in the development of domestic sports.China’s sports clubs started late,but developed rapidly under the influence of policy oriented factors.Sports clubs created by relying on stadium resources and sports names can be seen everywhere.However,the development of the same sports club is not directly equivalent to sports teaching,but also includes the operation mode of human resources,financial management,marketing means,etc.at the same time,due to the low threshold of sports club establishment,the lack of market supervision,it is easy to cause the market chaos of sports clubs,leading to frequent vicious competition among sports clubs.The reason is closely related to the operation mode of sports clubs.The operation mode is related to whether the sports clubs can develop in a healthy direction.The author has been engaged in swimming club for many years,and has a lot of research on the operation mode of swimming club.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and field investigation to explore the operation mode of 12 selected Changzhou swimming clubs,and makes analysis and research from the aspects of early resource operation,service product design and promotion,and product operation.The following conclusions are drawn First,the current operation mode of Changzhou swimming club is relatively backward and has not been able to accept innovative ideas;second,the product service is single and the homogenization of product service is serious;third,the lack of effective human resource management,the mobility of talents,resulting in the difficulty of talent training and reserve.According to the problems in the conclusion,the author proposes that Changzhou swimming club should establish Swimming Club Alliance,standardize the development of the industry,realize resource sharing,promote common progress,increase business supervision,and resolutely stop the situation affecting the development of the industry.On the other hand,Changzhou swimming club should improve the top-level design of products and services,pay attention to the construction of human resources,financial management,marketing means and other aspects,and effectively enhance the "soft" and "hard" strength of Changzhou swimming club,so as to promote the better development of Changzhou swimming.
