Research On The Social Responsibility Of CBA Clubs In My Country

Since the socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,building a sports power has also become the development direction of China in the future.The sports industry has become an indispensable part of the overall development of our society.Professional sports clubs have also become sports development and sports.The key part of a strong country,the Chinese men's basketball professional league as the "main force" of the development of China's competitive sports,the social responsibility of its league clubs has also aroused widespread concern in the academic community and society.This paper takes Carol's corporate social responsibility as the theoretical model and combines stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis to define and analyze the current social responsibility of CBA clubs through literature,interviews and logic analysis.The case analysis method analyzes and analyzes 128 original reports of social responsibility information of the CBA club in the past ten years(September 2008-September 2008),and combines expert interviews and cases to present CBA clubs to fulfill their social responsibilities.The problems and causes exist,and propose specific improvement paths.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Define the social responsibility of CBA professional sports clubs as economic responsibility,legal responsibility,moral responsibility,charity responsibility and education responsibility.(2)The number of disclosures of CBA clubs in the past 10 years has become an upward trend and tends to be stable.The place of social responsibility completion is the majority in economically developed cities.The specific content is mainly based on public welfare activities.The emphasis on community activities has gradually increased,with young people and community members as the mainstay.The manner of performance is based on the club itself,and the number of times in the name of the individual player or the club and the sponsor is less.(3)The CBA club has the following problems in fulfilling its social responsibility: low degree of economic responsibility,weak legal awareness,low moral awareness,blind charitable behavior,and heavy burden of education.(4)The main reason for the problems caused by CBA clubs fulfilling their social responsibilities is that the professional sports in China started late,the clubs did not pay enough attention to the immigration of ticket sales and the benefits of giving back to sponsors;the legal system related to professional sports social responsibility is not Perfect and neglected to manage;poorly maintained the image of the inside and outside of the club;the purpose of the community service public welfare activities and the lack of reserve talent training.The following suggestions are made:(1)CBA clubs can learn about the activities of the NBA Alliance,find what is really suitable for them in many community services and social welfare activities,and stick to it.(2)The club should actively transport excellent athletes to the national team.While ensuring the maximization of the club's interests,it should also actively spread the basketball culture to the campus and contribute to the national amateur sports culture.(3)Focus on the social responsibility of CBA clubs,use the club's strategic resources to enhance the club's own business value and maintain the integrity and development of club operations in the brand image within the community.(4)The national government and relevant administrative departments should improve and supplement the relevant laws and regulations on professional sports and social responsibility,and vigorously publicize and emphasize the importance and necessity of professional sports clubs to fulfill their social responsibilities.
