In this study, balance training and the Bio Flex-FP posture control evaluation and training system was used to allow 16 table tennis players selected in the experiment to complete the four tests of sitting position,four-point kneeling position, kneeling position and standing position on the posture control evaluation platform of the 16 table tennis players selected in the experiment.Combined with the assessment results of the athletes,an 8-week combined action posture control stability and directional training was carried out,and combined with the Berg balance test scale, the effects of the athlete’s posture control stability and directional training were analyzed.Evaluation through the Bio Flex-FP posture control evaluation and training system make athletes more intuitively and clearly to discover their own problems in posture control, and fully mobilize the athlete’s subjective initiative during the training process.Useing the literature method to sort out and summarize the research of existing scholars, analyze the more cutting-edge viewpoints in the field, use the expert interview method to understand the opinions and suggestions of experts in various fields on posture control and related training methods, then use the experimental test Methods: Collect 16 male table tennis athletes’ posture control related indicators, use mathematical statistics to process and analyze the collected data, principle and mechanism. The selection of the research object requires the male athletes, the athletes’ training years and actual ages are similar, and the athletes’ clapping hands are all right hands, which minimizes the error of the experiment. The research object is an experimental study of posture control evaluation and training in table tennis. The selected experimental objects are 16 male athletes specializing in table tennis in Jilin Sport University. The Bio Flex-FP posture control evaluation and training system is used to explore athletes’ posture control problems.Through posture control stability and directional training, the athlete’s posture control ability is improved. After training, the athlete’s posture control indicators and Berg test results have been improved, especially the proprioception of the athlete has been more obvious improve. It provides practical basis and theoretical guidance for optimizing training programs and reducing the occurrence of sports injuries of athletes.According to the research, the following conclusions are obtained:1.The two groups of athletes have relatively stable body posture control when their eyes are open;2.Compared with the athletes in the control group, the experimental group athletes can effectively control their body posture in different postures;3.Eight weeks of training can improve the stability of the athlete’s posture control;4.Eight weeks of training can improve the ratio of the center of gravity of the left and right sides of the athletes and the ratio of the force of the forefoot to the heel in the standing state;5.Through training, the visual control of the athletes in the experimental group on the body’s proprioception was improved, and the ability of posture control in the state of closed eyes was enhanced;6.Training through posture control can effectively improve the athlete’s ability to rely on vestibular sensory input and regulate the stability and directionality of posture control.
