Classical wrestling is a one-to-one physical contact confrontation event,and the holding technique is one of the main scoring techniques of athletes in the competition.This technique is more conducive to the play of the competition,which makes it very important for athletes to master the holding technique and the control of movement posture.At present,there are few specialized training of the lifting technology in this project,and whether the training is scientific and effective has not yet been verified.In the use of lifting,good posture control can improve the transmission efficiency of the whole body power chain,optimize and save energy transmission.Therefore,through the study of the lifting technology,the use of more close to the actual action for posture control training,coordinated with the maintenance or control of the body,so as to effectively enhance the performance of athletes.In this paper,12 athletes of classical wrestling team of Fenghuangling Sports School of Capital Institute of Physical Education were divided into experimental group(N=6)and control group(N=6).After consulting relevant literature,video analysis and expert interviews,the test indicators were confirmed as "15s frontal embrace","15s reverse embrace","15s side embrace","15s ride embrace and turn over".The experiment lasted for 14 weeks.The group received posture control training,while the control group received traditional strength and special training.The positive effects of posture control training on the intervention of lifting technique and movement of athletes were analyzed.Independent sample T-test was carried out on the indexes of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.The results were analyzed by SPSS statistical analysis within and between groups.The results showed that posture control training had positive effects on the intervention of lifting technique and movement of athletes.1.After a long period of training and through expert interviews and video analysis,it is concluded that the lifting technique is a core technique of classical wrestling,which has been used most frequently in the course of competition,but only pays attention to load and does not pay attention to posture control in training.Athletes may have abnormal body posture,slow motor power and slow initial speed,which affect the completion of lifting technique.2.The experiment proves that posture control training plays an important role in improving lifting skills.After the experiment,the results of "15s positive lifting" and "15s negative lifting" in the experimental group are significantly higher than those inthe control group,and the increase range is greater than that in the control group.After the experiment in the experimental group,the results of "15s side lifting" are not significantly different from those in the control group,and the increase range is equal.After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the results of "15s riding,embracing and turning" between the experimental group and the control group,but compared with the control group,the improvement of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group.3.Through the analysis before and after the experiment,it can be seen that the abnormal body posture and muscle compensation will occur when the athletes complete the lifting technique before the experiment.After the posture control training,the lifting link of the technique is effectively shortened and the cooperation of the adjacent joints is enhanced in the positive lifting intervention,so that the coordination of the upper and lower limbs is achieved,the lifting force of the upper limbs is strengthened,and the muscles around the waist,hip and back are more fluent.During the reverse lifting intervention,the technique lifting instantaneous movement is effectively improved by using the bow back straight waist movement mode of the upper back.The reason why there is no change after the side-lifting technique intervention training is that the difficulty of the movement itself and the limitations of the trunk stability,rotation and anti-rotation ability have not been improved;the intervention effect of the riding-holding technique is not significant,the most direct reason is because of the neck.The flexion-extension rotation capacity(overhead bridge)has not been effectively improved.However,from the situation of the whole lifting technique after the posture control training,it effectively improves the speed of movement,and has played a significant effect.
