Research On Injury Prevention Mechanism Of Farmars And Herdsman From The Perspective Of Advocacy Theory

The purpose of this research is to explore the causes of injuries to farmers and herdsmen and the role of social work prevention in injury prevention for farmers and herdsmen.It is based on the practice in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Hospital.A total of 1572 patients in this department were selected.The injury of farmers and herdsmen was used as the research object,and the medical record reading and interview survey were carried out,and the medical record data was sorted and classified.Analyze statistical data and field survey data,and analyze the influencing factors of injuries to farmers and herdsmen.It is found that the causes of injuries to farmers and herdsmen can be classified into daily life habits,traffic accidents,and production activities,and a trial group experiment is carried out with the groups that cause injuries in daily life habits.Adopting the social work advocacy model for injury prevention advocacy,it is concluded that the learning of injury prevention knowledge and the training of daily correct behavior and posture can change the cognition and behavior of the client.In this regard,this research proposes relevant strategies to advocate the prevention of injuries to farmers and herdsmen on the basis of exploring the possibility of intervention,so as to realize the prevention function of social work,and at the same time Provide a reference for the problem of prevention of injuries to farmers and herdsmen."Injury" has different meanings and usage methods in different fields.This research will sort out and define "injury" in the concept definition to clarify the intention of "injury" in this research.Injuries are one of three broad categories of diseases that the World Health Organization says are harming human health,with infectious diseases and chronic non-communicable diseases.Disease is the focus of national medical and health prevention and intervention,and is a global problem that seriously endangers human physical and mental health.The research of the social work profession on the subject of disease is ongoing at the level of medical social work.However,when combing the related research in the field of social work,it is found that scholars in the field of social work play the characteristics of social work in the field of disease research has always been biased towards the treatment process of patients.The research has paid less attention to early disease prevention,and the related research in the field of disease is biased towards infectious and chronic diseases,and less attention is paid to injury prevention.This research is based on the prevention function of social work,pays attention to the causes of injuries to farmers and herdsmen,and uses the social work advocacy model for prevention of injury problems to achieve the preventive function of social work.
