ZX Social Work Organization Intervenes In Banpo West Street Community Epidemic Prevention And Control Research

The new crown epidemic that broke out in early 2020 has impacted the normal lives of people across the country.The majestic scene of fighting the epidemic in a game of chess across the country reflects the superiority of my country's system of focusing on major tasks.As a profession and profession that provides social services,social work has received widespread attention for its role and advantages in epidemic prevention and control.Urban grassroots communities,as the most basic social governance unit under our system,and the last line of defense for epidemic prevention and control,are naturally the focus of discussions between experts and scholars.In this context,how to combine the professional services of social work with the prevention and control of the epidemic in urban grassroots communities is worthy of our discussion.This study takes the intervention of ZX social work organization in Banpo West Street community epidemic prevention and control as an example,showing that social work intervenes in the delivery process of epidemic prevention and control services in urban grassroots communities.From the perspective of the service delivery process,using the interview method and the scale method,the ZX social work organization intervened in Banpo West Street community epidemic prevention and control information.Use text description and statistical analysis methods to analyze the service delivery process of ZX social work agencies and the satisfaction of agency staff and community residents with the service delivery process.Then use the service delivery process framework to discuss the five aspects of the service delivery process:strategy formulation,planning and design,content provision,satisfaction evaluation,and process reflection,to discuss the ZX social work organization's intervention in the service delivery process of Banpo West Street community epidemic prevention and control.In the end,the paper concluded that the service delivery process of ZX social work organization has achieved remarkable results and is worthy of promotion.The current situation of my country's epidemic situation is generally over,and some areas have repeated it.Epidemic prevention and control will surely become normal in the future.The research on the involvement of social work in the delivery process of epidemic prevention and control services in urban grassroots communities is an important research direction for the normalization of future social work participation in epidemic prevention and control in urban grassroots communities.Integrating the service delivery process into the practice of social work participation in epidemic prevention and control,expanding work methods,summing up experience and lessons,and evaluating and optimizing practices,can continuously improve the delivery process of social work intervention in urban grassroots communities for epidemic prevention and control.
