Study On The Development Effect Of Informal Employment On Rural Women And Community

Over the past 40 years since economic reform and open up,with the rapid development of social and economy,a large number of rural labor force has gone out for work,resulting in the alienation of rural family relations and social relations,which has a more prominent impact on women than young and middle-aged men.In addition,the limitation of traditional rural social factors hinders the development of rural women,which affects their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in social construction.Therefore,how to promote their all-round development is of great significance to the development of the family and the whole village.In recent years,under the background of the national targeted poverty alleviation strategy,the rural poverty alleviation workshops established by the government with the goal of employment provide a possible path for the development of rural women.The migrant workers low threshold,high employment flexibility of informal employment way,to join the family,agricultural production and rural women by increasing the income of migrant workers to realize the reality demand,this process not only make the rural women’s production space and household space to achieve the integration,also brings social relationships,family relationships,the village village spiritual culture and ethics and reshaping of change.This paper makes an empirical study on the production cases of J Village in northern Shanxi Province,By discussing the general environment and cultural tradition of J village,this paper points out the necessity of the existence of workshop production under the requirement of tradition continuation and realistic development of J village.This paper introduces the current situation of women’s workshop employment in J village,including employment purpose,employment position,employment income and other employment conditions,and analyzes the feasibility of women’s workshop employment in J village.Focusing on the development function of workshops from the significance level,firstly,the poverty alleviation workshops meet the development needs of women and make them actively participate in the rural public economic life,and then the development function of workshops to women themselves is discussed in the reality and spirit level.Secondly,it discusses the influence of this process on family and village community.Economic self-sufficiency brings the harmony of husband and wife relationship,mother-in-law and daughter-in-law relationship and parent-child relationship.Through public economic life,it stimulates endogenous subjectivity and forms a common economic community and spiritual community.It is added that the predicament of the development of rural workshops needs the joint efforts of the government,village collectives and individuals.
