Study On The Influence Of Rural Tourism Development On Rural Labor Transfer Employment In Haotang Village,Xinyang

Since the reform and opening up,China has achieved all-round improvement with rapid economic development,gradual social and cultural prosperity and continuous improvement of people’s living standards.With the proposal of rural revitalization,the preference of national policies to rural areas has accelerated the development of rural tourism,driven the local economic development,improved the living environment,and attracted a large number of rural labor force to participate in rural tourism employment.This study systematically studied the influence of rural tourism development on labor transfer employment in Haotang Village by means of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,in-depth interview and questionnaire survey.Rural tourism employment has three characteristics: First,the diversification of employment forms,which is mainly reflected in the full-time employment and part-time employment of rural tourism employed personnel;Both self-employment,investment participation and employment;There are both permanent employees and temporary employees.Second,the employment flexibility is strong,mainly reflected in the obvious rural tourism off-peak season,the number of tourists in the tourist peak season increases significantly,the demand for labor will also increase,the number of tourists in the tourism offseason is small,and the corresponding required labor will also be reduced.Third,there are more rural labor force employment participation,mainly reflected in the fact that most of the rural tourism practitioners are local villagers,and the main body of the farm and other business entities participate in it as a family unit,and the development of rural tourism has a significant effect on the employment of the local rural labor force.The influence of the development of rural tourism in Haotang village on the transfer employment of local rural labor force is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first,the development of rural tourism has a significant effect on promoting the employment of local labor force;Secondly,the development of rural tourism has a significant effect on increasing the employment income of local labor force.Third,rural tourism has a significant effect on promoting the employment of female labor force and elderly labor force;Fourth,rural tourism has a significant employment driving effect on the labor force with low education level.At the same time,in the Haotang village rural tourism development and labor force employment survey found that the development of local rural tourism there are still public infrastructure construction is not perfect,information marketing platform is not perfect,the business volume is small and did not create characteristic brands and other problems;The employment of local rural tourism personnel has the problems of low education level and insufficient professional skills.In order to effectively promote the development of local rural tourism and promote the stable employment of local rural labor force in rural tourism,the following points should be fully considered: first,strengthen basic education and improve the comprehensive quality of rural tourism practitioners.Second,to improve the public service system,mainly through improving medical services,cultural and entertainment services and pension services to improve the employment environment;promote industrial development and employment cooperation,develop characteristic rural tourism by organizing study and exchange,building online marketing service platform,large-scale operation and building characteristic brand.Third,improve the relevant policies and systems,through strengthening policy guidance,standardize the service standards of rural tourism practitioners.
