| As a core part of human resource management in modern companies,the performance appraisal system doesn’t only matter to the existing operation management,but also the future development.Designing a proper performance appraisal system plays an important role in remuneration management and generally speaking,the achievable strategic goals are highly related to an appropriate performance appraisal system.A reasonable system can not only stimulate the potential and enthusiasm of both the employees and the organizations but also enhance the employees ’ self-identification toward their career and thus boost corporate development.In the overseas study consultation industry,resources are usually wasted due to unreasonable and not-so-transparent performance appraisal systems.This article takes Z as a case to make clear how it carries out the performance appraisal and the problems existing in the system such as implementing a rigid appraisal method instead of a tailored one for different positions and thus lacking stimulating and supervising effects;failing to relate corporate strategies with performance and thus making strategic goals hard to achieve and employees losing directions.Problems like these have hindered severe development of the organization.Based on the above-mentioned information,this article sorts out the overall operation planning,sets practical performance management goals,formulates long-term planning including reset KPI,optimize weights,finalize the appraisal cycle,rationalizes and standardizes the performance appraisal management with OKR and bonus pools,lists target-oriented performance appraisal measures,and offers guarantee measures accordingly.This article improves the performance appraisal capability and management of Z by taking some upgrading measures,abandoning subjective and groundless appraisal systems,putting emphasis on standardizing working flows,stimulating employees’ enthusiasm and injecting sustainable dynamics to Z.This article makes a comprehensive study on performance appraisal systems,aiming at providing a reference for effective operation and management of companies in relevant industries. |
