Objective:The aim is to comprehensively sort out the empirical research on the sensitivity of adolescents with plyometric training, expand the sample size, quantitatively evaluate the effect of plyometric training on the sensitivity of adolescents, analyze the sources of differences in the effects of sensitivity, and provide for the improvement of adolescents’ sensitivity.Scientific and efficient training methods. Methods:In CNKI,Wanfang,VIP database,Pub Med,web of science and science direct databases with keywords plyometric training, adolescent, agility, the time was up to December 2020.we had used endnote to sort the literature, and select according to the inclusion criteria literature. The Cochrane bias risk assessment tool of Revman5.3 was selected for risk bias evaluation, and the concentration or dispersion changes before and after the intervention was obtained through a certain algorithm, and the data were merged and summarized to a certain extent. Results: 1.Preliminary search and screening of 534 literatures, and finally 16 literatures that met the inclusion criteria.Cochrane bias risk assessment showed that the overall quality was high and reliable.11 included literatures were randomly divided into groups, only 5 of which were subject withdrawal, and there was no selective report.2.The intervention of plyometric training on Illinois test index and T-type running index showed moderate effect, obvious effect and significant significance; There was little effect on 505 test indexes, but the significance was not obvious.(1)The Illinois test included 14 studies with moderate effect, high heterogeneity and high significant difference.Subgroup analysis results: the mean age subgroup showed moderate effect and high heterogeneity. There was significant difference in the subgroup of 16 years old ≤ mean age < 18 years old,but there was no significant difference between the other two groups, and its effect was greater than that of other age groups< Only one study was included in the 6-week subgroup without analysis; At 6-8 weeks, the subgroups showed moderate effect and high heterogeneity with significant difference The 8-week subgroup had high effect,no heterogeneity and high significant difference; The intervention frequency of two and three subgroups had moderate effect, high heterogeneity and significant difference;(2)T-type running index included in 7 studies showed moderate effect, high heterogeneity and significant difference.Subgroup analysis results: the subgroup with average age < 13 years old showed moderate effect, high heterogeneity and no significant difference; The subgroups with mean age ≥ 13 years old showed moderate effect, mild heterogeneity and highly significant difference; At 7 weeks, there was moderate effect, high heterogeneity and no significant difference in subgroups; The 8-week subgroup showed moderate effect, mild heterogeneity and high significance;(3)505 test indicators included in 6 experimental studies showed small effect, mild heterogeneity, and no significant difference. There was no significant difference between the non athlete subgroups; There was significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.04< 0.05).Conclusion: the source of heterogeneity of Illinois test indexes of plyometric training intervention may not be related to the average age and intervention frequency, but may be related to the intervention cycle; The heterogeneity of T-type running may be related to the average age and the frequency of intervention; The source of heterogeneity of 505 test may be related to the characteristics of subjects.plyometric training can improve adolescent’s agility. The source of heterogeneity in the effect of plyometric training on agility may not be related to the frequency of intervention. The intervention period, the average age of the subjects and the characteristics of the subjects have different heterogeneity results on the different indicators of sensitivity.Whether it is the source of sensitivity heterogeneity needs to be further studied. In the design of the experimental scheme,2-3 times a week for 8 weeks can achieve the effect of improving the quality of sensitivity.
