In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet,AI and big data,driven by "Internet plus education",the changes in education are enormous.A large number of Internet education enterprises emerge as the times require,and the development of online education market is very fast in recent years.At the beginning of 2020,COVID-19 broke out,and the Ministry of education proposed that "classes suspended but learning continues",which further promoted the rapid popularization of online education.Due to a series of reasons,such as the homogenization of products and services,the high cost of getting users,the difficulty of making profits for enterprises,etc.,the industry generally suffers losses,mainly relying on capital transfusion,and there’s still a long way to go for large-scale profits.How to stand out in the fierce market competition and achieve long-term profits is a common problem faced by online education enterprises.This paper takes the difficulties in making profits of H Education company as the research object,through the knowledge and method of enterprise strategic management,identify and analyze the confusion encountered in the company’s business process to make a strategic choice for a period of time.Firstly,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of H Education company through PEST,Porter Five Forces Model tools,and gets the opportunities and challenges of the external environment of H Education company’s industry,and the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment.Secondly,by using SWOT matrix analysis,analysis of the relationship between the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of enterprises,and a variety of alternative development strategies are formed.Finally,combined with the nature of H Education company’s industry and its own characteristics,while giving full play to the company’s own advantages and grasping the national policy dividend,we should also fully realize its own disadvantages and the threat of competitors,the development strategy suitable for the current stage of H Education company is selected.It is hoped that this study can come to conclusion to instruct the H education company,and achieving simultaneous leap growth of users and revenue.At the same time,I hope that the research on H education company can provide some meaningful reference for the development of other online education companies in the domestic industry.
