In recent years,the national education consciousness is getting higher and higher And With the continuous development of economy and society,people’s wage level has also been relatively improved.Many people have realized the necessity of children’s early education and put more money into it.With the further development of the early education industry in large eit.es of China,infant swimming as a subdivision of early education industry started a little bit late.Therefore,the early education industry is still in its infancy,the marketing in the market is not mature,and the development space is still very large.And marketing can be said to be the key to the development of educational institutions which can decide whether they can formulate effective marketing strategies according to the actual situation of each organization,which is one of the urgent problems faced by the water education and early education institutions.Based on this,this paper takes Dr.Ma’s infant swimming shop in Jinan Wanhong Square as a case to fulfill a research on its marketing strategy.In the first place,the article used the literature analysis method to consul,a large number of domestic and foreign related literatures on infant water education,and studied some theories of marketing.On these foundations some data and materials were investigated,and A field trip was conducted a,Dr.Ma s infant swimming Jinan Wanhong Plaza store.And take the way of questionnaire survey,understand.he marketing status quo of Dr.Ma Infant Swimming Jinan Wanhong Square store as well as.he consumption behavior of target consumers and get feedback comments and suggestions;then,analyze the internal and external environment of the marketing of Dr Ma’s infant swimming Jinan Wanhong Plaza store by using the PEST analysis method..he Porters five forces analysis model and the SWOT analysis method;finally,using Adopt STP marketing strategy theory to combine the results of the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the marketing environment,and then have a clearer knowledge and understanding of the audience market and related positioning that Dr.Ma’s infant swimming Jinan Wanhong Plaza store will face.And on the basis of the 7P marketing mix theory,worked out a marketing strategy in line with the actual situation of the store.And put forward safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies from the three aspects of system,organization and execution.As more and more companies enter the early stages of water education,the competition becomes more intense.This paper studies the marketing strategy of Dr.Ma’s baby swimming products in Jinan Wanhong Square store.It is hoped that the results of this study can provide references for Dr.Ma’s infant swimming in Jinan Wanhong square store and other early education institutions to develop effective marketing strategies.
