Research On The Function Of Ideological And Political Education In Student Associations Of Universities

Stepping into the new era,China’s higher education has entered a new stage of high-quality development,and ideological and political work in universities has also entered a new stage of improving quality and efficiency.With the development of the times,the traditional methods of ideological and political education are no longer able to meet the needs of college students in the new era.Therefore,we must comprehensively consider the characteristics,psychology,learning and living habits of current college students,and innovate the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities by means and forms with the characteristics of the times.In the teaching of college students,clubs can be regarded as the "second classroom" of students.In terms of ideological and political education,they can be the main student clubs in teaching,with characteristics such as specialization,diversification,stickiness,etc.It plays an irreplaceable role in shaping the value concept of college students,practicing the core socialist values,cultivating the spirit of collectivism,tempering the quality of will,and then promoting the all-round development of students and improving the quality of talent training.Based on the background of the new era and the characteristics of college students in the new era,deepening research on how to excavate,expand and give play to the ideological and political education function of student organizations has important theoretical value and practical significance in the current era of promoting the "three comprehensive education" of people in colleges and universities.This paper adopts literature research method,survey research method and other research methods.On the basis of systematically combing the connotation,types,characteristics and value implication of the student associations,and other aspects of student clubs,analyzes the functions played by student clubs in ideological and political education,and combines questionnaire survey and interview survey methods to summarize the results obtained.It aims to understand the current development status of student clubs,the important role and impact of club activities in student ideological and political education,and the existing shortcomings,At the same time,explore the shortcomings and reasons exposed by student associations in the process of exerting their functions in ideological and political education,actively promote the reform and innovation of student associations,guide them to develop in a scientific and standardized direction,actively promote the planning and construction of student association party and youth organizations,and strengthen ideological and political guidance;Strengthen the review of student club activities and incorporate more ideological and value elements;To provide guarantees for the smooth implementation of student club activities,increase support for student clubs,and reasonably use incentive measures to promote the improvement of the construction and management level of student clubs in the new era,fully play the important role of student clubs in student ideological and political education,ensure the timeliness and pertinence of ideological and political education,and ensure that student clubs can serve the talent cultivation goals and requirements of cultivating morality and talents in universities,to ensure that student clubs can better promote the all-round development of university students.
