The National Outline for Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020)(referred to as" outline ")in the development task mentioned that""vigorously develop public kindergartens,actively support private kindergarten " And teachers are the key to the development of private kindergartens.The research shows that the teacher's job satisfaction not only has a direct impact on the teachers 'physical and mental health and performance,but also affect the students' learning effect,physical and mental health and the quality of school education.In this study,41 private kindergartens and 500 teachers in Changchun City were selected.The questionnaire were private kindergarten teacher job satisfaction questionnaire,private kindergarten teacher occupation identity questionnaire,private kindergarten teacher emotional adjustment questionnaire and private kindergarten organization atmosphere questionnaire Survey,using spss17.0 for descriptive analysis and SAS statistical software on the data of two horizontal linear analysis.The purpose of this study is to explore the status quo of job satisfaction of private kindergarten teachers and its influencing factors,to provide theoretical support for the construction of high quality kindergarten teachers,and to provide kindergarten managers with strategies for humanistic management and teacher motivation.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is the question of the proposed,the relevant research background,research significance and research methods are briefly described,and the books,newspapers,literature,conference materials,national policy literature and private kindergarten teachers and job satisfaction content,Organize and summarize the relevant views.The second part is the research design,elaborates the selection of the research object,test the reliability and validity of the tool,and explain the research methods and data processing methods.The third part is the research results,the use of spss17.0 and SAS statistical software analysis of private kindergarten teachers job satisfaction status and impact factors.The data of the research results are explained and explained in detail.The fourth part is the discussion and conclusion,the current private kindergarten teacher job satisfaction in the middle level.The discussion of the influencing factors is mainly carried out from the teacher and the park.In the teacher level,the influence of teacher's degree on job satisfaction is influenced by other factors.The total teaching time,the homework time and the one-way working time have no effect on the teacher's job satisfaction.The working time has a significant difference The higher the salary,the smaller the job satisfaction difference;the professional identity and the emotional adjustment mode have a significant positive predictive effect on the teacher's job satisfaction.In the garden layer,the size of the garden has no significant effect on the job satisfaction of teachers;the shorter the vacation,the greater the difference in job satisfaction among teachers.Organizational atmosphere has a significant positive predictive effect on teacher job satisfaction.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions,based on the results of the study and discussion.Improve the private kindergarten teachers job satisfaction strategy including :to expand training methods to improve the satisfaction of teachers on the promotion of the promotion;reasonable increase in teacher salaries,teachers to improve the satisfaction of pay and benefits;to guide teachers to adjust the emotional state of mind to maintain a positive and optimistic working state;strengthen the organizational atmosphere,And life to provide strong support.
