| The education for the Master of Library and Information Studies has been developing for nearly a decade now,and during that time there have been many achievements,but there are also certain problems,and the discussion on the reform of the MLIS education has never stopped.In order to enrich the theory of student cultivation in the MLIS,solve the problems arising from the existing model of talent cultivation in the MLIS,and introduce the "studio" model in the MLIS,the study of the basic theory and current practice of the existing "studio" model,and analysis of the current status of the MLIS education,combined with literature research and interviews and other research methods,to illustrate the necessity and feasibility of the "studio" talent cultivation model in the MLIS education.Research has shown that the "studio" model can rapidly train a large number of skilled personnel needed in the process of economic and social development,while safeguarding the quality of personnel training;the scientific and reasonable training system for MLIS is still in the exploration stage,there are problems in the training university,professional teachers and students,and most of the reform discussions are only under the existing training framework to explore and study,the discussion of the new training model is too tentative to solve some of the more fundamental and overall problems in the master’s education in the situation.The introduction of "studio" into the professional master’s education in MLIS can effectively solve the problems under the existing model,therefore,it is proposed to build "cultural institutions + studio","enterprise + studio" "studio" in the MLIS "studio" talent training model,to elaborate on the construction of these two models,and propose the development strategy of this model in the professional master’s education in library intelligence,to provide suggestions and reference for relevant training and cooperation units to introduce "studio" talent training model. |
