Sex is the basic attribute of life and an indispensable part of human senses and spiritual experience.Sex accompanies each person’s life.Regardless of age,gender,sexual orientation,educational background,health status,etc.,each individual will feel the connection between himself and sex from different degrees.In the university stage,the physical function and psychological structure of college students are becoming more mature,and they are emotionally eager to have more contact and communication with the opposite sex.In addition,college students are in a relatively free and relaxed campus environment and are separated from the control of the family.Get rid of the shackles of the school’s prohibition on premature love,and plunge into the wave of school love.In addition,due to the imperfect thinking of college students,economic independence,simple emotional experience,and lack of sexuality education,the prevalence of AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases in colleges and universities in my country has been increasing in recent years,and unmarried cohabitation.The proportion of unmarried pregnancies and miscarriages is increasing year by year.This is undoubtedly an appeal to college students’ sexuality education,which must be paid attention to by society,schools and families.The psychology and physiology of college students are in a period of rapid development,and this is also a critical period for sexuality education.The author takes the social work empowerment theory as a practical perspective,and uses the group work method of the social work major to provide sexuality education to college students,and help college students to solve the problems and problems related to adolescence.This article focuses on the many social issues caused by the lack of sexuality-based sexuality education,starting from the perspective of empowerment,through combing and summarizing the research on sexuality education of college students at home and abroad,and referring to previous research on sex education.The questionnaire is self-designed for sexuality education questionnaires for college students in Inner Mongolia K school,showing the true status of sexuality education in Inner Mongolia K school students:sexuality knowledge is weak,sexuality values are biased,single sexuality education methods and other issues.The author also designed group activities from these three aspects,and recruited 10 group members from the campus to use the skills and techniques of group intervention to carry out 7-section activities,and then through the evaluation of the service effect of the group activities,summarize the research experience and thinking of sexuality education from the perspective of empowerment.
