that the level of self-acceptance has a direct impact on the healthy growth of individual psychology.Self-confidence is one of the key elements in the personality structure.It is an internal quality that promotes the healthy growth of individual body and mind and achieves the success of career,and plays an important role in driving the development of the whole personality.Secondary vocational students enter the society earlier than ordinary high school students.Due to the influence of age characteristics and physical and mental growth stage,especially the individuals with poor academic performance,they have a strong rejection of the school and the society,and feel discriminated by the society and the school.Teenagers at this stage of growth have a strong sense of self-focus,which is likely to lead to problems such as low self-evaluation or fuzzy self-cognition,inability to accept themselves and lack of self-confidence.Group counseling can be a good solution to this problem.This form has the following advantages:1.Strengthen students’ self-cognition ability;2.Improve students’ external communication skills;3.Enhance students’ self-confidence.Compared with individual counseling,the results are more significant.Under this background,the secondary vocational students as the research object,this paper adopts the self-acceptance questionnaire(SAQ)and personal assessment questionnaire(revised edition)(PEI)test,subjects were selected to participate in self-acceptance group counseling intervention,to explore a set of suitable for the secondary vocational student’s self acceptance of group counseling program,to help secondary self-understanding and self-acceptance,eventually improve the confidence[5].The study consists of two parts: a random selection of 1005 secondary vocational students in a vocational college in Fuzhou,using the self-acceptance questionnaire(SAQ)and the personal evaluation questionnaire(revised edition)(PEI)to complete the test,aimed at analysis and control The comprehensive performance of self-confidence level and self-acceptance leve[6]l,through in-depth analysis and analysis,explores the influence relationship between the two factors(there is a significant correlation between the confidence level factor and the self-acceptance level factor),and the results show that the secondary vocational students There was a significant positive correlation between self-acceptance and self-confidence(r =.818).Study 2 selected participants to participate in self-acceptance group counseling interventions to explore the impact of self-acceptance group counseling on the confidence level of secondary vocational students.Firstly,based on the research-test,120 students from the test subjects were selected from the test subjects for analysis.The selected subjects were generally not high in self-confidence and self-acceptance levels.After in-depth communication,they agreed to participate.Secondary research activities.Subsequently,60 secondary vocational students were assigned to complete the candidates of the controlled group and the experimental group by random extraction.Secondly,based on the collection and summary of the previous research results,combined with the personality characteristics of the student group,the completion was completed.The self-accepted group counseling program was designed and the experimental group participants were involved in group counseling.The control group participants did not participate in group counseling.Finally,the two groups of researchers conducted a personal assessment questionnaire and self-acceptance questionnaire before and after the group counseling intervention,and conducted a follow-up test two months later to control the intervention effect of group counseling.In addition,after the end of the test and tracking work,the study conducted interviews with the experimental group participants to gain an in-depth understanding of the effect of self-acceptance group counseling on self-confidence.The results showed that the experimental group and the control group were homogenous,receiving the total score(t = 1.000,p =.319),confidence total score(t =-.270,p =.790);control group and experimental group The comparison of the pre-test,post-test and follow-up data shows that the main effect of the group is score(d=.66)and confidence score(d=.68)of secondary vocational students.Great effect.It can be seen that self-acceptance group counseling can effectively improve the confidence level of secondary vocational students,and the role is sustainable.The conclusions of this study can be summarized into four aspects:(1)From the perspective of certain demographic variables,the secondary vocational students have great differences in the specific performance of self-confidence level and self-acceptance level;according to the correlation analysis results,the secondary vocational students are in the above two elements.The relationship performance is mainly positive correlation.(2)The scores of self-acceptance and self-confidence of secondary vocational students have been significantly improved after the end of group counseling,indicating that self-acceptance group counseling can improve the confidence level of secondary vocational students.(3)The main effects and interactions of the data of the control group and the experimental group before,after,and after the group counseling were significant.The self-acceptance group counseling had a great effect on improving the confidence level of the secondary vocational students.(4)After the completion of the group counseling work and the follow-up of the follow-up counseling effect,the researchers further grasp the changes of the participating group counseling students through face-to-face interviews,and verify the self-acceptance group counseling according to the feedback content given.It has a positive impact on the enhancement of self-acceptance level,promoting individual positive behavior and improving individual confidence.In summary,the self-acceptance level can be improved to improve the level of self-acceptance.For groups with low self-confidence of secondary vocational students,secondary vocational colleges can actively organize students to participate in group counseling,which can be promoted by participating in self-accepted group counseling training.The level of self-confidence of secondary vocational students,improve their personality and promote the development of mental
