The important period of physical and mental development for teenagers is twelve to eighteen years old,the main task of this period is to explore and deliberate themselves. The construction of self confidence is the study that teenagers have to face in the process of survival and development. Teenagers begin to pay attention to the self evaluation form others and the status and value in the society when their self consciousness gradually awakening. They can’t help to explore themselves through the interaction between society and themselves. This study researches the influence of participant’s self confidence construct in the group guidance group using the literature research, qualitative interviews and observation to collect information and data, though participating in-depth interviews for 15 middle school students to analysis how to construct the mechanism. The research finding:1. Group guidance’s characteristics of the participants’ self-confidence play a good role, homogeneity, groups of the participants in the atmosphere in the group guidance of uniqueness and activity design guidance for the construction of the participants’ confidence in favorable conditions.2. Participate in group guidance before and after the contrast found that participants are big or small changes in confidence, performance in the two aspects of behavior and cognition.3. In the interview, and on the basis of previous studies to explore group guidance of information exchange, alternative experience and team motivation factors such as construction is how to affect participants’ confidence, and from the message of words, behavior, demonstration and reflection, the emotional closeness and the support and trust connecting four aspects in this paper, the construction of this process.
