Objective: Self-confidence is an important psychological feature that reflects the individual's ability to successfully complete an activity.However,the phenomenon of low confidence in high school students is widespread,and seriously affects their study and life.Based on the investigation of the current situation of high school students' self-confidence,this study developed a set of targeted group psychology(hereinafter referred to as "tuanfu")counseling program.Subjects with low self-confidence level were selected for intervention to explore whether group counseling could improve the self-confidence level of high school students.Methods: This study adopts the method of measurement of zhanjiang surveyed 689 senior students,understand the present situation of high student confidence level,and then according to the survey and the self-confidence of auxiliary related theory and group theory to develop a mass of auxiliary schemes to improve the students' confidence level,and selected 30 low confidence level subjects,divided into the experimental group and control group,control group 2,homogeneity test of three groups of subjects of the experimental group subjects weekly,raise the level of confidence of auxiliary intervention for a control group subjects are no improve self-confidence related content group activities,control group 2 without any processing in the experiment.After 12 times of group auxiliary,posttest was conducted on three groups of subjects to test the effectiveness of group auxiliary,and follow-up posttest was conducted one month later to test the persistence of group auxiliary effect.results:In the first year of high school,students have a general level of self-confidence,and there are differences in gender and grades of academic performance,but there is no difference in whether they are the only child or not.The league auxiliary scheme designed in this study has improved the confidence level of students in senior one to some extent,and the follow-up investigation also proves that the effect of league auxiliary is sustainable.
