greatly promoted the development of sports in Europe and the United States.Since the 2005-2006 season,the CBA league has gradually started to carry out reforms in league system,management,operation and club construction.In the process of reform,it is inevitable that the property rights of CBA professional basketball clubs are not clearly divided,and the operation and management of CBA professional basketball clubs are not satisfactory,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of CBA professional basketball league.As the NBA professional degree and the competitive level of the highest professional basketball tournament,in the team management and team culture construction has a rich experience,especially long-term high competitive level with international characteristics of the spurs,the team construction and other aspects of the team culture construction,has considerable significance for reference to our country.Based on this,this study sports team culture as the main line,guided by the grounded theory,the integrated use of literature,logic analysis,reasoning,deductive research methods,such as the method,the collection of books about the spurs,both at home and abroad in 1997-2018 short stories,the domestic and foreign authoritative sports media video data about the spurs,and know about the spurs’ original data such as papers online,using the method of grounded theory,the study of the SAN Antonio spurs team culture.In addition,in order to make readers understand the characteristics of spurs basketball culture at the level of sports culture,this paper obtains the concepts and characteristics of spurs basketball culture on the basis of sports culture and basketball culture,and obtains the structure and content of spurs basketball culture with the grounded theory.Based on the theories related to sports culture and basketball culture,in a broad sense,the spurs culture is the total material and spiritual wealth created by the interaction between the members of the spurs on the court and off the court,which embodies the social consciousness of the values and sports ethics of the spurs and the interaction between the members of the spurs on the court and off the court.This kind of material and spiritual wealth combined,both in the spurs’ cheerleaders,mascots,badge and so on material part and its symbolic meaning and the SAN Antonio spurs to create material wealth,also including in the spurs game and other interactions between the members of the spurs as entities,created to reflect the SAN Antonio spurs special sports values,moral values,the concept of tactics,such as ideological wealth.In a narrow sense,it mainly refers to the understanding and research of the spiritual wealth of the spurs culture,so as to reflect the common ideas,consciousness and thoughts of the members of the spurs on the game and other interactions,so as to promote the harmonious physical and mental development of all the members of the spurs team and the social phenomenon with the spirit as the core.The spurs basketball culture is subordinate to the basketball culture,and they share the same characteristics.Therefore,the spurs basketball culture also has the comprehensive function and basic characteristics of sports,including fitness,entertainment,education and other functions.Sports culture and basketball culture are concepts with a higher level of abstraction.The extension and quantity of them are broader than that of spurs basketball culture.However,due to the inverse
