The continuous training mode is a new type of doctoral training model that is gradually developed to achieve the goal of training under the guidance of the concept of innovative talent training.This model aims to identify talents who are truly suitable for scientific research through classification and screening,attract excellent graduate students to enter the doctoral stage as soon as possible,and improve the training efficiency and optimize the quality of personnel training with continuous training characteristics.The purpose of this study is to scientifically and rationally optimize the training mode of the master’s degree,to provide ample time for the overall training of master’s and doctoral students,and to improve the quality of doctoral students.Therefore,this study focuses on the theme of the master-study training model,with Tcenter as the case study object,comprehensively using system theory,innovative talent theory and learning level theory,and researching through literature analysis,interview investigation,case study and other analytical methods.The theme of the university’s master-study training mode has been systematically discussed.Through the investigation and research on the training objectives,training process and quality assurance of the T-college continuous training mode,it is found that T University has many problems while achieving the basic achievements of the masterstudy training mode,mainly in the following aspects.The lack of specific training objectives,the homogenization of the training process,and the poor quality assurance system.On the basis of discovering the problem,this study attempts to analyze the basic causes of several problems from the aspects of policy environment factors,school management factors,tutoring factors and students’ cognitive factors.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes,this study proposes an optimized path for the Tuniversity continuous training model.In terms of training objectives,it includes clarifying the overall training objectives of the continuous training of the masters,highlighting the innovative goals of talent training and building the staged training objectives according to the subject categories.In the process of training,countermeasures and suggestions such as expanding the selection and selection form,innovating the course operation mode,strengthening the systematic training of scientific research training,and paying attention to the scientific guidance of the instructor are proposed.In the protection mechanism,through the construction of the curriculum collaborative innovation platform,strengthen the selection and assessment of tutors,establish innovative incentive mechanisms,and improve the diversified assessment system to further promote the promotion of the T-University continuous training model.
