The Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan emphasizes the improvement of the physical fitness of the whole people,the implementation of the plan to promote youth sports activities,and the teaching and organization of extracurricular sports activities in schools are gradually specialized.In order to improve the physical health of primary and middle school students,Ganzhou No.3 Middle School created a variety of physical exercise content to form physical activities during recess to improve the physical quality of middle school students;Gannan Normal University should introduce the first-class social practice course "Physical Training" into Ganzhou No.3 Middle School under the project of "High Ginseng Elementary School" to assist and train the junior students in the sports events of the entrance examination.Both of them adopt different proportion of high intensity interval training combined with continuous training as the training means to improve the physical health level of Grade three students.Based on relevant practice and theoretical research,this paper compares the effect of high-intensity interval training combined with continuous training in the teaching organization form of physical activity between big classes and after-class sports delay service,and compares the difference of the influence of these two different teaching organization methods on the physical health level of students in the third grade.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of teaching organization on students’ physical health,and provides certain reference for further improving the physical health of primary and middle school students and enriching extracurricular sports activities.Using the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,taking the physical training effect of Ganzhou No.3 Middle School students in different forms of teaching organization as the experimental object,the experimental group and the control group were set up respectively.Among them,the experimental group(Qingnianlu Campus)adopted sports activities during recess(physical training exercises created by Ganzhou No.3 Middle School),and the control group(Zanxianlu Campus)adopted after-school sports delay service(Physical Training,a college social practice course).Before and after the experiment,five aspects of body shape,body function,physical fitness,functional motor test and physical exercise interest level were investigated and tested to verify the effects of different aspects.The results are as follows:1.After 8 weeks of training in different teaching organizations,the body shape of male students in the experimental group had the most significant changes in body weight and BMI(P <0.01).Compared with the control group,the experimental group of male and female students in the physical training after big recess physical activity increased significantly.2.Changes in physical fitness before and after the experiment.In the experimental group,the influence of pull-up on boys was the greatest,and the influence of sitting forward bend and sit-up on girls was the greatest,indicating that physical training during big recess can better improve students’ flexibility and strength quality.Compared with the former,the influence of 50-meter running,standing long jump and pull-up of male students in the control group was the greatest,while the influence of durable running of female students was the greatest,indicating that physical training with delayed service after class can better improve the speed,strength and endurance quality of students.3.Physical training in the teaching organization form of sports activities during recess can improve students’ interest in physical exercise,improve students’ participation in sports and enhance the motivation of active learning.Suggestion: Add coordination and flexibility exercises to after-school delay service.At the same time,the two should be combined,rather than only one campus to carry out a project.The proportion of continuous training content should be reduced and the time of high-intensity interval training should be increased.After-class delay service can appropriately increase the proportion of continuous training content,reduce the high intensity interval training time,so that students can get a more balanced development.
