| China’s higher education has entered a new stage of high-quality development,opening a new journey of connotative development with improving the quality of talent training as the core.To this end,the Ministry of Education issued the opinions on deepening the reform of undergraduate education and teaching and comprehensively improving the quality of talent training("quality 22 articles")and other documents,held a national conference on undergraduate education in Colleges and universities in the new era,and set off a vigorous revolution in the quality of higher education.In order to implement the national education documents and the spirit of relevant meetings,the Ministry of education has formulated the implementation plan for the audit and evaluation of undergraduate education and teaching in ordinary colleges and universities(2021-2025)and launched a new round of audit and evaluation,which is a major method to assure and promote the quality of talent training.The new round of audit and evaluation adheres to the guideline of "promoting construction,reform,management and strength through evaluation",focuses on the quality assurance of higher education and promotes the overall improvement of talent training quality.Therefore,based on the new requirements of the new round of audit and evaluation for the quality assurance and continuous improvement of talent training in Colleges and universities,this paper studies the establishment of the continuous improvement mechanism of talent training quality.According to the total quality management theory and PDCA cycle theory,this paper adheres to the four basic principles of goal,systematicness,full staff and whole process,adheres to the three concepts of "student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement",and studies the establishment of the continuous improvement mechanism of talent training quality in colleges and universities.First of all,by using the method of literature research,a full investigation and analysis have been made on the related research status of quality assurance and continuous improvement of talent cultivation at home and abroad,which laid the premise and foundation for the establishment of continuous improvement mechanism of talent cultivation quality in colleges and universities.The two rounds of audit and evaluation schemes are compared and analyzed by comparative research method,and the new requirements of the new round of audit and evaluation on five aspects,such as quality assurance concept,quality standard system,continuous improvement mechanism,university quality culture and quality management information platform,are summarized and refined.Secondly,the system analysis method is used to comprehensively and systematically analyze the influencing factors of talent cultivation quality in colleges and universities under the current new situation,and the key elements and links that need to be paid attention to in establishing the continuous improvement mechanism of talent cultivation quality are grasped.Thirdly,the quality management system of personnel training has been established by establishing and perfecting the quality management organization of personnel training,clarifying the division of relevant functions and responsibilities,and improving the quality management system of personnel training.At the same time,according to the closed-loop model of "evaluation-feedback-improvement",the operating mechanism of continuous improvement of talent training quality is established from three aspects: training objectives,graduation requirements and curriculum objectives.Finally,from the aspects of optimizing the top-level design and strengthening the construction of teaching staff,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the effective operation of the continuous improvement mechanism of talent training quality.The research results of this paper will provide valuable reference for undergraduate universities and even other types of universities in China to establish and improve the continuous improvement mechanism of talent training quality and comprehensively improve the quality of talent training. |
