| Occupation is the fundamental strategy to keep society stable,and the capability of vocation is the cornerstone to take a job.The social demanding for accountant staffs,recently years,has still remained rising trend,while the occupation rates of secondary vocational graduated accountant students,who wish to work on a job matching their majors,go down year after year.This phenomenon reveals one problem: the gap between the supplements of secondary vocational accountant staffs and the needs of enterprises.Taking a deep insight into this dilemma,we could know that the capability of occupation considering taking a job is one of the most significant factors which secondary vocational accountants are obviously affected.So if we want to develop such one capability,the course Accounting Computerization must be an effective approach.Therefore,the urgent and realistic problem,basing on the guideline of occupation needs for secondary vocational accountant students,posing some teaching reform suggestion focusing on the core course to improve teaching quality,enhance students competence of occupation and competition,providing comprehensive and efficient accountants for small-and-medium-sized enterprises,is the major reform of accountant which recently secondary vocational schools need to do.This paper,firstly,does an interview and survey about the required accountant occupation capability of small-and-medium-sized enterprises in Zigong to clarify the demands of accountant members between professional knowledge and professional skills.Then we have a questionnaire survey of teaching status for senior secondary vocational accountant students in Zigong and lastly have a semi-structured interviews for teachers who teach the course Accounting Computerization.Following questions about this courses’ teaching are summarizing from above survey.Question 1: the teaching contents of accounting computerization are separated from practice which accountant job need.Question 2: the occupation competence of teacher need to improve but school lack of corresponding systems.Question3: the adjustment of teaching method doesn’t rely on teaching contents.Question 4: the evaluation angle of students’ study is sole and this cannot reflect the true level of them.Question5: there is not having enough driving forces for students to pursue study and the effectiveness is low without solidifying knowledge after class.Four factors lead these problems.First,teachers don’t lay emphasis on teaching courses and be busy with teaching design and teaching development.Second,school leaders don’t pay much attention to accountants’ occupational capability.Three,the degree of secondary vocational accountants’ competence don’t get respect of enterprises and society.Four,the teaching fee is bare,which causes limited software services,teaching scopes,and hardware maintenance.So students don’t have any chances into computer class to practice what they have learned.This paper focus on occupation demand,targets at current teaching status,commences causes of formation,and poses teaching reform suggestion: expanding scopes to remedy examples,creating two teachers models to set reform system,changing approach to assign homework,improving their interests to enhance self-esteem and evaluating index various,to delivery occupation demand to teaching.And finally studying and teaching depend on occupation demand.The purposes of this paper are to improve teaching quality,Enhance skills level of secondary vocational accountant students and strengthen occupational competition by changing teaching methods. |
