| With the continuous development of the market economy and education,the country has issued a policy of "vigorously developing secondary vocational education",and the cultivation of the comprehensive professional ability of secondary vocational students has gradually attracted people’s attention.Mainly,problems such as low conversion rate of teacher-student behavior,unreasonable problem design,improper grasp of teacher-student interaction frequency,inappropriate timing of teacher guidance and intervention and other issues have greatly affected the quality of talent training in vocational schools.Teachers,as organizers and guides of teaching work,shoulder the important mission of optimizing the classroom teaching of computerized accounting in secondary vocational schools,and also eagerly hope to improve their teaching business level.The S-T analysis method can achieve quantitative analysis of the teaching process,help teachers discover the advantages and disadvantages of teaching activities,modify teaching design and carry out teaching reflection,and promote the professional growth of teachers.In this study,S-T analysis,case analysis and investigation methods were used to record and observe the classrooms of computerized accounting teachers in two vocational schools in He bei Province.According to the results obtained from the data analysis,it is supplemented by a combination of interviews and questionnaires.The study found that although excessive teacher-student interaction can mobilize the classroom atmosphere,it is not necessarily conducive to students’ knowledge.The new teaching mode is more suitable for the mixed type.The whole class not only has the same proportion of student behavior and teacher behavior,but also gives students sufficient practice time.According to this,the following suggestions are made: change the status of students and enhance participation awareness;appropriately increase effective teacher-student interaction to enhance classroom teaching effects;enhance teaching reflection and improve teaching effectiveness;classify classes and select teaching content according to students ’learning abilities;schools further create conditions Promote the professional growth of teachers.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,theoretical significance,related research status and research ideas.The second chapter is the feasibility analysis of the application of S-T analysis method in the classroom teaching of "Accounting Computerization" in secondary vocational schools.The third chapter is mainly to use S-T to analyze the classroom teaching of "Accounting Computerization" in secondary vocational school.By drawing the S-T chart and calculating the Rt and Ch values,the classroom teaching mode is judged.The fourth chapter is the current situation of classroom teaching of "Accounting Computerization" in vocational school.The fifth chapter is the classroom teaching improvement plan of "Accounting Computerization" in vocational school. |
