Research On The Cultivation And Supervision Of Emerging Sports Social Organizations

In September 2019,the State Council issued the outline of building a sports power,which listed the construction of sports social organizations as one of the nine major projects of building a sports power.It fully shows the importance and concern of the state on the development of sports social organizations,and the role of sports social organizations in the national strategy of building a sports power and healthy China is becoming more and more significant“ The "14th five year plan" period is the first five years for China to start a new journey of modernization.The new stage,new economy and new business form have brought new development opportunities for the development of sports social organizations.A large number of new sports social organizations emerge as the times require and play an important role in promoting sports innovation and development.Among them,China extreme sports association has a strong representative.Since its establishment in 2004,the association has continuously innovated the cultivation mode,management mechanism and operation system,launched a series of events to enrich the sports supply constantly met the growing sports needs of the people for a better life,and played an important role in promoting the development of extreme sports.However,it should be noted that while the China extreme sports association innovates the mechanism and develops rapidly,due to the relatively backward cultivation and supervision system and policy,the resource acquisition is accompanied by the single source of funds and weak resource acquisition ability;The personnel structure is unreasonable and the number of members is small;The development of China extreme sports association is restricted by the lack of institutional constraints and the difficulty of organizational survival.Therefore,to explore and optimize the cultivation and supervision path of China extreme sports association is conducive to promoting and ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of China extreme sports association and meeting the people’s growing yearning for a better life.This study is based on the public management,sociology,sports and other disciplines,using literature review method,investigation method,case analysis method,comparative research method,and relying on resource dependence theory and governance theory to study the current situation of China Extreme Sports Association.This paper puts forward the optimization path for the cultivation and supervision of China Extreme Sports Association;Innovating the concept of government and enhancing the comprehensive ability of the Association;Mining project characteristics,creating culture and environment;Improve the level of autonomy,strengthen their own incubation ability.In the aspect of supervision,we need to give full play to the supervision role of the party organization and improve the supervision channel of the party organization;Strengthen the leading position of government supervision and explore new ways of government supervision;We should strengthen the participation of social forces in supervision and realize the coordinated supervision of multiple subjects;It is the key measure to promote the high-quality development of China extreme sports association to establish the association self-discipline mechanism and improve the association self-discipline level and autonomous ability.The main innovations of this study are as follows: first,the research object is targeted at the emerging sports social organizations which are rising rapidly in recent years,reflecting the cutting-edge and epochal nature of the topic selection.The research on the cultivation and supervision of emerging sports social organizations is conducive to promoting the development of emerging sports social organizations and better meeting the people’s needs for emerging sports,which reflects the innovation of research objects.Secondly,this paper selects China Extreme Sports Association as a case to analyze,combing its development history,reform process,cultivation and supervision methods,in order to seek commonness from personality,as a reference sample for the cultivation and supervision of emerging sports social organizations,and realize the innovation of research path.
