In recent years,according to the requirements of personnel training,especially the need of "five education simultaneously" of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor,the second classroom has been paid more attention and played a more important role in personnel training.In view of this,the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League took the lead in organizing and implementing the "second classroom report card" system.After several years of exploration and practice,the "second classroom report card" system has developed into an important position of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and has become an innovative measure of the reform of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities.In order to grasp the current situation of the "second classroom report card" system in Colleges and universities in Guangxi,and build a more reasonable and effective "second classroom report card" system guided by problems,this paper mainly uses four research methods: literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and interview On the basis of Marxist view of practice and relevant national policy theory,combined with the specific situation of the "second classroom report card" system in Guangxi Colleges and universities,this paper analyzes some problems and reasons in the implementation process of the "second classroom report card" system in Guangxi Colleges and universities,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the "second classroom report card" system in Guangxi Colleges and universities.Specifically,this paper studies from the following four parts: the first part focuses on the research background and significance of the article,summarizes and analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward research methods and research innovation.The second part: it discusses in detail the definition of the relevant concepts of the "second classroom report card" system,as well as the theoretical basis,implementation principles and implementation significance of the system construction and implementation.The third part:through the quota sampling method to six colleges and universities in Guangxi issued questionnaires and interviews with relevant staff,analysis of the "second classroom transcript" system implementation status,find out the existing problems and causes.The fourth part: in view of the problems existing in the "second classroom report card" system of Guangxi universities,combined with the actual situation of Guangxi universities,puts forward the countermeasures to improve the "second classroom report card" system of Guangxi universities.Through the research,we find that the "second classroom report card" system has achieved remarkable results in Guangxi,which is mainly reflected in: colleges and universities have generally formulated relevant system documents to provide policy support;It has organized and carried out a variety of second classroom activities and built an effective platform;A scientific and reasonable evaluation system has been established and an effective incentive mechanism has been formed;Using big data to build a convenient data information system,improve the level of organization and management,and so on.However,through the investigation and analysis,we also found that there are some problems,mainly in the following aspects: the ideological guidance of the "second classroom report card" system needs to be further strengthened,the "second classroom report card" design needs to be further optimized,the system management level needs to be further improved,and the resource allocation needs to be further strengthened.Therefore,this paper puts forward four countermeasures to further improve the "second classroom report card" system in Guangxi Colleges and Universities: first,strengthen ideological understanding,improve the important understanding of the "second classroom report card" system;Second,strengthen the improvement of the curriculum project,optimize the "second classroom transcript" design;Third,according to the concept of collaborative education,improve the second classroom system management level;Fourth,make full use of various resources and carry out the second classroom activities according to local conditions.
