In the new historical period,the demand for teacher training in basic education in China has changed from "quantity scale" to "quality structure ",putting forward higher professional requirements for the quality of teacher education in China.The cultivation of outstanding teachers is an effective way to improve the professional level of teachers.Finland,a Nordic country with a population of about 5 million,has attracted worldwide attention since 2000 because of its outstanding achievements in The Program for International Student Assessment(PISA)many times.2019 World Happiness Report rated Finland as "the happiest country in the world ".Nowadays,basic education in Finland has become a synonym for quality leading and balanced development.It is the object of learning and reference.Scholars generally believe that Finland’s basic education is due to Finland’s high level of teachers,and the training of high-quality teachers is due to Finland’s research-based teacher education.This paper first compares the connotation of Chinese excellent teachers with that of Finnish research-based teachers.It is found that there is a high degree of consistency in the connotation of the two.Based on this,this study equates Finnish research teachers with outstanding teachers in Chinese context,deeply analyzing the pre-service training system of outstanding teachers in China and Finland.Then,this study systematically combs the development process of Finland’s teacher education.For the present situation of pre-service training of research teachers,the author takes University of Jyv(?)skyl(?) as an example to analyze the training system,from training goal,enrollment system,curriculum to teaching practice.Through the analysis and summary of the characteristics of the Finnish research teacher system,the author first strictly controls the enrollment link and implements the multiple examination admission selection system.Finally,spiral teaching practice is carried out in stages to further cultivate research literacy,combine theory with practice,and improve future teachers.On this basis,the value orientation of the Finnish preemployment teacher training system is discussed.Then,this study analyzes the development course of Chinese teacher education according to the evolution of teacher education level,and then the author selects the primary education major training of Capital Normal University as a case study,from the training mode,training goal,enrollment system,curriculum,teaching practice to analyze.Combined with the case and the current situation of the training of outstanding teachers in other colleges and universities in China,it is concluded that the characteristics of the pre-service training system of outstanding teachers in China are as follows: the admission selection mechanism of piecewise examination,the modular curriculum system,and the "U-C-S" teaching practice.Finally,based on the research of Finnish research teacher education and training system,the paper combines with the current situation of our country’s teacher pre-service training system.It provides some ideas and enlightenment for the training system of outstanding teachers in China,such as strengthening the link between the two,reasonably positioning the training objectives,optimizing the quality of students,establishing a more scientific selection mechanism,perfecting the curriculum system and increasing the proportion of research courses.
