On October 102,018,the Ministry of Education of China issued the "Opinions on Implementing the Excellent Teacher Training 2.0 Plan"([2018] No.13),which represents the official start of the "Excellent Teacher Training Program" in China.The "Excellent Teacher Development Program" issued by the Ministry of Education and the "2.0 Plan" further highlight the clear intention of the Ministry of Education to pursue the development of outstanding teachers and the development of teacher education.According to the "Opinions on Implementing the Excellent Teacher Training Program 2.0",after five years of practice and efforts,a group of truly high-level and distinctive teacher education colleges and teacher education majors have been established,and a new type of education centered on normal students has been adopted.Teaching structure.By 2035,the professional level,comprehensive quality and innovative practice ability of Chinese normal students have been significantly improved.The program lays a solid foundation for cultivating millions of key teachers,hundreds of thousands of outstanding teachers and tens of thousands of educator-type faculty workers.At the same time,the "Opinions on Implementing the Excellent Teacher Training Program 2.0" pointed out that the training and implementation of excellent teachers will play a leading role in the school-running characteristics of Chinese teachers' colleges and universities,and play a leading role in the practice of improving teachers' professional training ability.Appreciate the outstanding teachers with profound educational emotions,high-quality,solid professional foundation,innovative,adhere to the concept of sustainable development and practical lifelong education(except for primary and secondary school teachers,including kindergartens,secondary vocational schools,Teachers of special education schools).Training high quality education will inevitably depend on whether there are excellent teachers.The quality of teacher education is one of the key factors for the success or failure of education.It is bound to become a key link in the future to improve the quality of basic education,cultivate a large number of outstanding talents and create a model of world education in order to cultivate high-quality teachers and create a first-class and professional teaching team.At present,the theoretical research on excellent teachers is mainly concentrated on the connotation of excellent teachers,the quality of outstanding teachers,the influencing factors of cultivating excellent teachers,and the training courses for outstanding teachers,and also accumulated rich research results in the academic circles.However,existing research still has shortcomings.For example,the first is the lack of an overall study of the professional standards and professionalism of outstanding teachers in the existing research results,and how to develop the pre-service education of outstanding teachers in the process of complete growth of outstanding teachers,and what effective training strategies are available.For reference? Second,among the existing research,most scholars' research is based on enumerating the experience of teacher training in other countries in the world,or the statement of pre-service teacher training policies in other countries with successful experience.There is a lack of theoretical depth and lack of The practical and effective reference for teacher education in China.This research is based on the training objectives of the pre-service training of the outstanding teachers in the United States,the reference basis of professional standards,the curriculum setting,and the evaluation system of teacher education quality.By comparing and comparing the pre-employment training of the teachers who have successfully cultivated outstanding teachers,the United States hopes to gain reliable experience in the above aspects,in order to inspire the pre-service training of teacher education in China.The study is divided into six chapters,the specific content is as follows:In the introduction part of this study,it explains the problems of the research;analyzes the overall introduction and sub research of the pre service training of contemporary American teachers under the background of excellent teachers;introduces the research methods such as literature method and comparative method,and fully defines the three core concepts involved in this study,namely,excellent teachers,excellent teachers and teachers Pre service training.This research is based on the theoretical discussion,empirical analysis,comparison and the research path of the solution strategy.In the introduction part,first of all,this study defines three important core concepts: "excellence","excellent teachers" and "pre service training of teachers"."Running the country and running the country,talents are urgent".Excellent teachers are the very different and small number of real elite talents and expert teachers.Through the analysis of literature resources,"excellence" means excellence and transcendence,and "excellent teachers" is used to describe the characteristics of teachers themselves.Compared with "excellence","high quality" and "high efficiency",it can better reflect a teacher's professional quality,knowledge,skills and moral character.It can also be understood that it refers to those teachers with outstanding achievements and excellent quality.In the past few decades,there have been a batch of honored and well-known super grade teachers and famous teachers in China's education circle.To some extent,we can also understand "excellent teachers" in China as "super grade teachers" who meet today's education needs and achieve more outstanding achievements.As for the concept of "excellent teachers",the "excellent teachers" in the United States analyzed in this study mainly refers to the teachers who have met the professional standards of teaching formulated by the National Professional Teaching Standards Committee(NBPTS)in 1989.In this "professional standards",it is clearly stipulated that the teachers of Zhuoyue should meet the five basic core principles and be evaluated by the national professional institutions for teacher development And a title of senior teacher that can only be obtained after certification.In addition,from the perspective of the stage of teachers' growth and development,teachers' pre service training belongs to the initial stage of teachers' education.Compared with new teachers and in-service teachers,pre service education and training are the foundation stage.Pre service training is totally different from New Teachers' in-service training and in-service training in form and process.In China,it mainly refers to the quasi teacher education in normal colleges and universities.Therefore,the perspective of this study focuses on the pre service training stage of Chinese and American prospective teachers,combing the training objectives,curriculum,evaluation mechanism and other issues of normal education.In the first chapter of this study,the literature review is mainly about the existing research results about the cultivation of excellent teachers,the basic quality of excellent teachers and the professional standards of excellent teachers.The second to the sixth chapters are the main part of the thesis.The second chapter is about the professional standards and analysis of contemporary American excellent teachers.It introduces the social background and evolution process of the evolution of American excellent teachers' professional standards,introduces the professional standards of excellent teachers issued by the four authoritative national certification institutions in the United States,and compares the professional standards of the four institutions,trying to analyze the history of contemporary American teacher education The quality of education and the demand of the times for the cultivation of excellent teachers,as well as the characteristics of teachers' professional ability based on the professional standards of American excellent teachers.The third chapter discusses the analysis of the enrollment and qualification system of the pre service training of outstanding teachers in the United States.The fourth chapter is a comprehensive discussion and analysis of the curriculum of pre service training of outstanding teachers in contemporary America.This paper analyzes the curriculum system of the pre service training of American excellent teachers,including the setting objectives and contents of general education curriculum,subject professional curriculum,education professional curriculum and practical curriculum,and makes an overall analysis of the curriculum system of the training of contemporary American excellent teachers.The fifth chapter describes and analyzes the current situation of the quality assessment of pre service training of outstanding teachers in the United States.There are three main evaluation mechanisms,namely,the quality evaluation of teachers' pre service training implemented by the government as the main body,the quality evaluation of teachers' pre service training implemented by colleges and universities as the main body,and the quality evaluation of teachers' pre service training implemented by social professional institutions as the main body,as well as the analysis of the characteristics of the quality evaluation of excellent teachers' pre service training in the United States.The sixth chapter is the Enlightenment of the pre service training of outstanding teachers in contemporary America to China's teacher education.The purpose of this study is to further clarify the development goal of Teacher Education in China for training excellent teachers in the current national teacher education,build professional standards for excellent teachers in China,establish a high-quality normal education curriculum system,and establish and improve the quality evaluation mechanism of excellent teachers in China through the reform of the enrollment selection and certification system for candidates ?This study attempts to analyze the concept and implementation of pre service training of outstanding teachers in the United States from the following aspects: professional standards of excellent teachers,enrollment system and teacher qualification certification system,pre service training curriculum system of excellent teachers,and pre service training quality assessment of excellent teachers,so as to provide reasonable suggestions for the development of excellent teacher education in China.This paper,drawing on the most advanced and influential practical experience in the cultivation of outstanding teachers in the United States,broadens the perspective of the research on the pre service cultivation of outstanding teachers in China,which is conducive to promoting the formulation of professional standards for outstanding teachers in China as soon as possible,taking excellent teachers as the development goal of normal education in China in the future,and comprehensively promoting the overall reform of Teacher Education in China with the progress of excellent teacher training ?...
