| Volleyball is the dominant sport of the three ball games in China.The National Women’s Volleyball Team has won ten world championships in total.However,in the course of development,the promotion and development level of domestic volleyball league are getting worse and worse.In addition to the promotion of the project as the main factor affecting the development,the more reason is that the domestic young players’ basic skills are not solid,making it difficult to control the play of the competitive level at the key moment in the match,causing the current problems,so vigorously develop the basic training of youth volleyball is particularly important.Due to the technical characteristics of volleyball project,reflected in its training content,the training requires athletes to master the movement skills of the practice time is long,so that the training content is boring,athletes gradually lose interest in training;In the training mode,the coaches output to the athletes,which affects the athletes’ participation in training.Coaches in training methods require athletes to repeat the practice of technical movements,which affects the enthusiasm and initiative of athletes training.Based on the above factors,the change and breakthrough of volleyball training mode has become the bottleneck of the improvement of the basic training level of teenagers.Through learning comparison,this study found that the BOPPPS model,which has been popular in China in recent years,is widely applied to the field of pedagogy.It has a significant effect on emphasizing athletes’ active participation in learning and improving learning efficiency in the classroom.Based on the problems of improving the athletes’ training enthusiasm and initiative in the basic training of youth volleyball,this paper tries to put forward how to apply it to the field of training.Through the methods of questionnaire survey,experimental research and mathematical statistical analysis,the effect of applying BOPPPS model in the basic training of youth volleyball is studied.Redesign the training according to the BOPPPS model,pay attention to the active motivation of athletes in training,communicate with coaches efficiently,and guide athletes to master motor skills in the shortest time.Compared with the previous normal training mode,BOPPPS model has significantly improved the psychological experience of athletes during training,such as psychological arousal,training state and post-training satisfaction,and also has a significant effect on the improvement of athletes’ special sports quality.The innovation of training organization form of BOPPPS model is in line with the characteristics of increasing interest in youth sports training.This closed-loop training process emphasizes athletes’ participation and feedback,and pays more attention to the effectiveness of training objectives and the diversity of training methods.Because of the characteristics of diversified communication,BOPPPS model can increase the sense of self-efficacy of athletes,make athletes better and actively participate in training and competition,and generate strong interest in volleyball,so as to improve the training effect and improve the competitive level of athletes faster.This study is expected to provide practical reference for the development of junior volleyball reserve force reserve in China. |
