Research On The Quality Development Of Teachers Of Ideological And Political Theory Courses In Universities In The New Era

Teachers are the foundation of education and the source of education.It is important that a good ideological and political theory course is inseparable from a high quality and professional ideological and political theory course teacher team.Recently,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that teachers of ideological and political theory courses should adhere to the political to be strong,deep feelings,new thinking,broad vision,self-discipline to be strict,personality to be right.The six requirements are not only the important standards for the construction of them,but also the direction for them to improve their quality and level.However,there is still a gap between the unreasonable factors contained in the quality of teachers of ideological and political theory courses in universities and the needs of the new era,which puts forward urgent requirements for the cultivation of quality of them.The quality cultivation of them is to meet the new requirements for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in the new era and to realize the two aspects of teaching reform and talent cultivation of ideological and political theories.The objective need is to make a deep and systematic analysis of each aspect to fully reflect the importance of the quality development of them.This paper takes them in S province as the target group and conducts a questionnaire survey.In addition,by analyzing the survey results,this paper analyzes the status of their quality.This includes systematically analyzing the influencing factors from three aspects,and summarizing the causes of the quality of the current situation of them,so as to strengthen their quality construction more targeted.Based on the current condition of the growth of the quality of them in universities in S province,this paper is based on the influencing factors that cause the current situation and of their quality.This includes consideration of the practical needs of the new era,the creation of external conditions and the strengthening of themselves to propose initiatives to strengthen their quality.Based on the above,these measures provide some references for strengthening the quality development of them.
