Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of The Elite Teenager Campus Football Instructors In Guangdong Province

Campus football teachers are an important foundation for promoting the reform and development of campus football,and the development of the teaching staff is the key to the sustainable development of campus football.At present,in order to strengthen the construction of high-level campus football teachers,the state advocates smoothing the channels for outstanding retired athletes to enter the school to teach,and make use of the remaining heat of retired athletes.In August 2019,Guangdong Province began to develop the Guangdong Youth Campus Football Elite Instructor Project.For the first time,players were selected from retired football players in Guangdong Province to serve as elite instructors.The development of campus football is a high-level campus football teacher team.New Direction.Therefore,this article uses literature analysis,interviews,surveys,etc.,to study the actual situation of the first batch of retired football players in Guangdong Province to carry out campus football,explore its existing problems,and propose corresponding countermeasures.The main research results are as follows :(1)The Guangdong Youth Campus Football Elite Instructor Project is the first cooperation between the Guangdong Provincial Sports Bureau and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education.The project developed by retired football players to support the education of campus football has been carried out in an orderly manner in 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province.There are 54 elite instructors,covering a total of 108 primary and secondary schools.(2)The status of retired football players and the entry barriers for holding a coach’s certificate guarantee the quality of teaching for the elite instructor group.The age structure and gender ratio of the teacher team are reasonable,and they have been professional football training for a long time.They have a rich experience in participating in competitions.Their average time spent as coaches is 7 years.The number of athletes at level 1 and above accounted for 66.6% of the total.The form of campus football in the supporting schools is mainly after-school training and after-school competitions.(3)The main problems of elite instructors in the process of carrying out campus football are: the distribution of elite instructors is not evenly distributed in schools;the capital investment of elite instructors is reduced;the work evaluation index system is lacking;the relevant rules and regulations are not perfect;and the publicity work is not paid enough attention.(4)There are four main factors that influence elite instructors to carry out campus football.Among them,"social environmental factors" are the most important factors,and the factor contribution rate is 25.0%.Followed by the work motivation factor,the special coaching ability factor,and the external support factor.(5)The development countermeasures of the Guangdong Youth Campus Football Elite Instructor project are: Maintain the overall environment for the healthy development of the elite instructor project;ensure the treatment of elite instructors and provide a career development platform;improve the special teaching ability of elite instructors;improve the management and distribution of teaching resources;strengthen publicity and positively guide public opinion to create a positive impact;establish a related work evaluation index system.
