| As a relatively complex sport,back sliding shot requires athletes to keep the stability of the gravity center and control their body postures in the process of throwing.As a kind of physical training,core dynamic stability training can comprehensively improve the stability and strength of core muscle group.This study aims at the core stability training that is easy to be ignored in the teaching and training of shot put,and explores the influence of the core dynamic stability training on the teaching effect of shot put,so as to verify whether the core dynamic stability training can promote the mastery of shot put technology and improving performance.Based on research methods including literature,expert interviews,experiments and mathematical statistics and so on,taking the influence of core dynamic stability training on the teaching effect of shot put in the track and field course of Physical Education Majors in physical education colleges and departments as the research object,this paper divides male students of class 6 of physical education in Guangzhou Institute of physical education randomly into experimental group and control group,with 11 students in each group.Before the experiment,the experimental objects were tested and statistically analyzed to ensure that there was no significant difference between these two groups.The experimental group received core dynamic stability training,while the control group received routine training.After 16 weeks of teaching experiment,this paper analyzes students’ performance and skill of shot put.Simultaneously,to better test the teaching effect,the Nokov-Mars2 H three-dimensional motion capture system is adopted to collect the kinematic data of all the experimental objects,then this paper analyzes the obtained kinematic.The results are as follows.1.Special quality and stability test: there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in 30 m test running before and after the experiment(P > 0.05),but the improvement range of the experimental group before and after the experiment was greater than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.Results of shot put and technical evaluation: after the experiment,the average score of shot put in the experimental group was 0.37 M higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)in the technical score of holding the ball and preparation posture,but the scores of sliding step,conversion stage,final exertion and balance maintaining stage in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).3.Analysis of kinematic data: after the experiment,the change of joint angle in each stage of the experimental group tends to the ideal value,the horizontal velocity of the center of gravity in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the release speed and release angle are more consistent with the technical requirements.There was no significant difference in the average height of hands between the two groups(P > 0.05).The conclusions are as follows1.Through the core dynamic stability training,it can promote the students’ special quality,effectively enhance the core strength,improve the shot put strength,speed up the action speed,and ensure the consistency of action technology.2.The core dynamic stability training is helpful to improve the performance of shot put,and the average performance of the experimental group is better after the experiment.3.In the sliding stage,the students in the experimental group have faster horizontal speed of the center of gravity,more active swing of the left leg,lower fluctuation of the center of gravity,shorter sliding time and larger sliding distance.The whole sliding step technology is more in line with the technical requirements.4.In the transition stage,the left leg of the control group falls slowly,and the effect of establishing a stable double support plane is poor.The right hip lifting range of the control group is large,and the left support technology is not ideal.The angle of the right ankle is large when the right leg falls,and there is no rapid buckle and pedal extension when the right leg falls to the ground,which leads to a large loss of horizontal speed in the transition stage.5.In the final exertion stage,The results show that the difference between shot putting speed and center of gravity speed of the experimental group is less than that of the control group,the effect of "man ball" overall system is better,the release speed and release angle of the experimental group are more in line with the requirements of technical teaching,and the indicators tend to be more ideal. |
