Basketball is a sport that combines the ability of body movement such as running,jumping and shooting.It attracts the attention of basketball fans all over the world because of its wonderful group attack and defense operations and fierce physical confrontation in the same field.Excellent basketball players have excellent special technical ability,and those who can support them to complete all kinds of technical actions,in addition to day-to-day special skill training,it is also necessary to carry out a certain intensity of relevant strength training.As the only way to score in basketball events,shooting is highly valued by coaches and athletes.In order to improve the performance of this technique,many kinds of training lead to which kind of training can effectively improve the shooting percentage.Therefore,this paper takes the core stability training,a hot topic discussed in the field of strength training,as an experimental means to improve the performance of jump shot This paper designs the core stability training content,and tries to analyze whether the core stability training can improve the hit performance of college basketball students.This paper mainly uses the methods of expert interview,literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.Taking 20 basketball players in the 2018 special class of physical education basketball of Chengdu Institute of physical education as the experimental objects,according to the five angle fixed-point jump shot,dribble emergency stop jump shot and one minute time jump shot hit rate in the preliminary test,the experimental group was divided into the experimental group and the control group.According to the arranged training plan,the experimental group carried out three core stability training every week,each training session was up to 40 hours Minutes to 60 minutes,the control group was trained in the same time according to the routine strength training plan,and the experimental period was 8 weeks;before and after the experiment,the eight grade abdominal bridge score test was used as a test method of core stability ability,which can directly observe whether there will be significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the core stability ability after training;conclusion of the experiment After the beam,using the data analysis software,the hit rate of five angle fixed-point jump shot,dribble emergency stop jump shot and one minute time jump shot in the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment were analyzed by paired sample t test and independent sample t test.The results showed that:(1)the test scores of the experimental group athletes were significantly higher than those of the control group;(2)the hit rates of the experimental group athletes were significantly higher than those of the control group athletes in five angle fixed jump,dribble emergency stop jump and one minute timing jump.It can be concluded that core stability training can effectively improve the core stability ability of basketball players,through core stability training can effectively improve the hit rate of jump shot of basketball players,core stability training can effectively improve the stability of basketball in different physical activities,through scientific training plans and training methods and means to improve the core stability of basketball players High,it is very beneficial to improve the quality of jump shot technique.
