| In recent years,the number of single-parent families in our country has been increasing,and the issues related to single-parent families have also attracted the attention of many scholars.As a more sensitive and special group of minors,children from single-parent families need more attention from all walks of life.Affected by sudden changes in family structure or lack of family roles,children from single-parent families are more likely to develop introverted,inferiority and negative self-awareness,which makes them more likely to be frustrated in social situations.If they are not guided correctly and in time,It will gradually produce social anxiety,and even cause psychological problems such as social anxiety disorder.This study used the Children’s Social Anxiety Scale(SASC)and a self-compiled interview outline to investigate and interview the social anxiety of children from eight single-parent families in M County,Gansu Province.Emotion,cognition,and behavioral status,on the other hand,combined with the current situation of children and existing data,analyzed the reasons behind the social anxiety problems of children in single-parent families.On the basis of objectively presenting the social anxiety of children from single-parent families and clarifying the causes of their social anxiety,this study,guided by cognitive behavioral theories and therapies,carried out six recognitions from two aspects: cognitive intervention and behavioral intervention.Knowledge behavior group activities help children identify and change their wrong self-perception,learn social communication skills and strategies,thereby alleviating their social anxiety.Through the evaluation and summary,it is found that the intervention of the cognitive behavior group has helped children from single-parent families achieve cognitive reconstruction and improvement of social skills,and their social anxiety has been significantly alleviated.The relaxed,safe,and supportive group atmosphere created throughout the cognitive behavior group process is the core intervention strategy.In a good group interaction environment,children from single-parent families can truly express themselves and promote children’s self-confidence.And get a sense of belonging. |
