Under the double impetus of the new college entrance examination reform and educational methods reform,course and class selection is becoming more and more important in high school.This study has chosen a high school H in city S,and focuses on the policy implementation of course and class selection in senior high school.based on the perspective of school organization,the study discusses how the policy of course and class selection is implemented at the level of the school organization,and analyzes the causes,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.This study investigated the current situation and existing problems of implementing elective courses in H school through interviews,observations and collection of respondents.H school implementation is divided into system level,management level and technical level.At the system level through the organization of meeting learning,understanding policy,decided to carry out course and class selection.At the managerial level,strive for,allocate and coordinate various resources,and ensure the allocation of materials and personnel through the establishment of rules and mechanisms,so as to facilitate the implementation of course and class selection.At the third level,teachers adapt to course and class selection teaching by innovating teaching methods,paying attention to students' differences,and to guide and support teaching reform by teaching research.There exists many problems in the process of implementing course and class selection in school H: compulsory choice of geography based on scores,emphasis on convenience and lack of students to choose teachers;insufficient coordination resource support,resource shortage,coordination mechanism is inadequate,a single coordinate resources channels;the attitude of teachers is biased,it is difficult to have a comprehensive understanding of students' learning,and after-school tutoring is difficult to carry out,and based on the above problems to make a reason analysis.On this basis,based on the school organization in the implementation of course and class selection,this paper gives the following suggestions to improve the implementation of course and class selection of senior high school in China.Firstly,create an external environment suitable for the school to organize and implement course and class selection.Secondly,update the thinking mode of the systematic level and improve the working strategy.Thirdly,improve the management of the implementation of course and class selection related supporting.Finally,strengthen the technological level to carry out the guidance of course and class selection.
