The national college entrance examination,known as the "national examination",has been attracting the attention of the country and all sectors of society as well as the majority of students and their parents,not only because of its educational ability to select talents for the country,but also related to the fate of thousands of students' families and personal development.With the continuous development of the national college entrance examination reform pilot program,since September 2014,the national college entrance examination reform pilot program has been launched in Zhejiang,Shanghai and other regions with developed education.IN this process,we not only gained positive and effective experience,but also found some problems worth thinking about.In order to help Yunnan province implement the new national college entrance examination reform in 2020,and to lay a solid foundation for thousands of students in Yunnan to further study in ideal universities.Ordinary high schools in Yunnan province are also actively preparing and exploring.The shift system is an important measure in this reform.This study investigated the shift system of L school in the pilot college entrance examination reform and M middle school in Yunnan province in the non-pilot reform.Firstly,through the investigation of L middle school in Zhejiang province in the pilot area of the reform,the paper focuses on the implementation of the class system in the school under the background of the reform of college entrance examination.Secondly,the M middle school in Yunnan province in the non-pilot area will make a meaningful exploration and attempt on the shift system under the background of the promotion of the new high school system.This paper focuses on the comparison and analysis of the similarities and differences between the two schools,and actively seeks ways and means for M middle school in Yunnan province to adapt to the new college entrance examination reform as soon as possible,so as to provide corresponding reference experience and operable strategies and Suggestions for other middle schools in Yunnan province to adapt to the pace and pace of the reform.This research mainly L middle school in Zhejiang province in the process of advancing the new college entrance examinationreform in shifts in the process of the implementation of the existing experience,on how to determine the selected test subjects and how to organize the class form,how to carry out course setting and arrangement,students how to integrate education teaching resources,how to build a new management mode,etc.,in combination with M middle school of Yunnan province in exploring a new system of college entrance examination reform,the hierarchical teaching in English class,free walk under the school-based curriculum class and students tutor system has made attempts and efforts in the establishment of the relevant comparison.This research mainly adopts the literature method,questionnaire supplemented and case interview,case analysis,combing a lot with the new college entrance examination reform on the basis of related literature,the class of new college entrance examination under the background of the in-depth analysis,this study,a total of 400 questionnaires,including L middle school and the 200 M middle school in Yunnan,Zhejiang province,a total of 389 copies,eliminate invalid questionnaire was paid in 372.The questionnaire is mainly composed of a questionnaire for selected courses and selected classes of teachers in L middle school in Zhejiang province and a questionnaire for English students in M middle school in Yunnan province.Using the Internet or telephone remote interviews in the form of interviewed L middle school teachers and students in Zhejiang province,in the form of interview go elective class teachers and students to go on the implementation of the system shifts to the implementation of the specific process to promote interviewed M middle school principal,vice principal of Yunnan province and part of middle school,class teacher and some students.Combined with the implementation of this study,eventually go on how to set up/information channels,choose the way of introduction,the use of electronic course selection system,parallel mode of "administrative + class teaching classes," the administrative and the teacher in charge + student tutor system "double-track mode,"administrative class commission + classes commission "hierarchical,ABC" rolling"shifts layering method in English teaching,improve students evaluation model combining the reality of Yunnan in aspects of reasonable Suggestions and countermeasures are given,in order to look forward to better service in Yunnan province college entrance examination candidates,let the university entrance examthis benefit millions of thousands of" great project "would have more students,help the leapfrog development of social economy in Yunnan province.
