| In 2014,the State Council issued the Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of the Enrollment System,adopting the education method of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,promoting the individualized development of students and highlighting their dominant position in learning.Implement a new teaching model--class system.Since then,the country began to vigorously promote and gradually become an indispensable part of the class organization form of high school students.In September 2014,the state officially designated Shanghai and Zhejiang as the first pilot provinces and cities to carry out the new comprehensive reform plan of college entrance examination.The class system breaks the gap between arts and science,and students can choose their own elective courses.To some extent,it does give students more freedom to choose.However,the problems in class management are becoming more serious.I hope I can through the on-the-spot investigation,from the perspective of practice to learn about a new college entrance examination class system,under the basis of comparison between it and traditional administrative class management mode difference,from the function of learning organization,the teacher,the teacher in charge management,class management,etc,to provide their own points of view,as far as possible,fill our walk shifts class management research.By means of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,this paper focuses on several schools,studies the school-running mode,the current situation of class management,the opinions and opinions of the class managers,and on this basis,according to the collected data,the main problems of class management are found as follows: Class discipline is difficult to control,class supervisor loses management power,class collective consciousness is absent,students’ self-control ability is weak,and so on.The reasons for this phenomenon are: The confusion of division of Labor in Class Management,the poor self-consciousness of students,the difficulty of moral education,and the lack of teaching facilities.At last,the author puts forward some improving measures: First,the class teacher is in charge of the classroom management to reduce the difficulties in the classroom management;Fourth,the use of information technology,to solve the students learning supplies storage difficulties.On this basis,the effects of the recommendations are summarized,and the shortcomings of this study are summarized. |
