| As the first great spirit in the spiritual spectrum of the Chinese Communists,the spirit of labor model manifests the struggle of the Communists.Labor education is an important part of students’ overall development,and its status has been rising in recent years.Documents such as "Guideline for Labor Education in Universities,Schools and Colleges(for Trial Implementation)" and "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Uxniversities,Schools and Colleges in the New Era" propose to organically infiltrate labor education into subject teaching,making the subject infiltration of labor education a hot spot for research.Room Service and Management" is a course with equal emphasis on theory and practice,which is conducive to the establishment of a correct concept of labor and the formation of good labor quality.Therefore,it is important to study the current situation of labor education penetration in the teaching of "Room Service and Management" in middle school and propose improvement strategies.The research is based on Marx’s theory of "combining education and productive labor",Xi Jinping’s important discussion on labor education and the theory of education by example.First,we used questionnaires and in-depth interviews to understand the current situation of labor education infiltration in the teaching of Room Service and Management in L schools in G.We analyzed the problems of its infiltration and attributed them to the problems,and found that the problems of labor education infiltration in secondary schools include students’ recognition of labor education but lack of initiative,lack of effective excavation and integration of teaching resources,lack of teachers’ teaching ability to infiltrate labor education,and lack of campus labor model spirit atmosphere.The reasons for these problems include: students’ self-efficacy needs to be improved,content needs to be developed,teachers’ literacy needs to be improved,and attention needs to be enhanced.Secondly,an intervention experiment was conducted on two classes of high star hotel operation and management in the case school and the results were analyzed by questionnaires and interviews.Finally,the following countermeasures are proposed by combining relevant research and teaching experiment results: giving full play to students’ subjective initiative,digging deeply into the curriculum labor education elements,exploring the teaching mode of labor education penetration,improving teachers’ labor education literacy,and establishing and improving various forms of evaluation.The infiltration of labor education in the teaching of "Room Service and Management" is an inevitable and objective requirement to achieve the goal of "establishing moral education for people".Based on theoretical analysis and practical investigation,this study explores the practical problems of labor education penetration in the teaching of "Room Service and Management" in secondary school,analyzes the causes and proposes improvement strategies,and aims to provide effective guidance for teachers’ penetration teaching and promote the overall improvement of teachers’ and students’ labor literacy. |
