At present,our country is at the key stage of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the Chinese Party Central Committee has put forward a major strategic plan to promote the transformation of our economy from high-speed development to high-quality development.The development of the times requires the craftsmen of the great countries,and the cultivation of the craftsman’s spirit is indispensable to cultivate the craftsmen of the great countries.Since ancient times,in the 5,000-year development of Chinese civilization,the spirit of craftsmen has long existed and been passed on to the present.In the inheritance,the spirit of craftsmen is enduring and rich in content.The craftsman’s spirit is not only the precious wealth that our country inherits to this day,but also the important spiritual force that drives our country’s transformation from a "manufacturing power" to a "manufacturing power".It is also the important spiritual core that individuals realize their transformation from profession to career,and their self-worth.College students are a group of talented people with high academic qualifications,high sentiment,and are the backbone of our country’s socialist modernization drive.The university period is the key period for college students to perfect their knowledge skills and form independent personality.Therefore,at the university stage,strengthening the spiritual cultivation of craftsmen and craftsmen will help to improve the quality of college students’ training and promote the all-round development of college students.At the same time,it will provide the country with the much-needed professional talents for the development of the new era and guarantee the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper focuses on the cultivation of craftsman spirit in college students in the new era.Based on the definition of craftsman’s spirit,craftsman’s spirit and college student’s craftsman’s spirit,this paper reviews the history of college student’s craftsman’s spirit,which will help us to study the cultivation of college student’s craftsman’s spirit better.This paper also proves the necessity of cultivating the craftsman spirit of college students in the new era from the two aspects of national development strategy and personal development,and on this basis further clarifies the content and principles of the craftsman spirit of college students,which is an prerequisite for the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of college students in the new era.In view of the present situation and existing problems of craftsman spirit cultivation in college students,this paper gives the countermeasures of craftsman spirit of college students in the new era from four dimensions: state,society,university and individual.
