The Research On Current Situation,Problems And Solutions Of After-class Life Of Students In Private Boarding School

Nowadays,private schools have grown rapidly in our country with the gradual progress of education reform,and some private boarding schools become a new highlight in education.Students who are in a private boarding school are able to access some education resources that are not available in some public primacy schools.And they can be more independent and self-disciplined.However,there are still many problems even if the students have made great progress in the private boarding school.And the after-school life is an important one.This study,based on the theory of life education,living education theory and the theory of man's all-round development,will take the three private boarding G country of Shandong Province as an example to investigate the students' after-school life present situation from the angle of schools and students by the method of interview and questionnaire investigation,literature research method.We find problems through the survey: the school administrators,teachers and students have cognitive bias on after-school life,boarding students lack of emotional care,the extracurricular activities are relatively drab in contents,extracurricular activities lack of planning and the after-school life time is occupied in serious condition.We will analyze the above problems from education concept,emotional problems,school life system,ways of evaluation and safety problems.And we could solve these problems by changing education concept,strengthening the construction of community,caring students' emotion,improving the after-school life rules and regulations,strengthening the teachers' skill training,improving students' subject consciousness and using the qualitative evaluation method,etc.The solution of the problem was not a sudden,it needs a gradual process.We believe that through the joint efforts of the school administrators,teachers,parents,students and people from all walks of life,the private boarding primary school students after-school life quality can be further improved.
