Since the reform and opening up,the problem of learning burden has always been a big problem in our basic education stage,and it is also a hot educational problem to be solved.In the 21 st century,based on the concept of new curriculum reform,teaching has also made many changes.In view of this,the call of quality-oriented education for reducing students’ learning burden is also rising rapidly from all walks of life.Academics also begin to pay more attention to the learning burden in the stage of basic education and constantly reflect on our teaching.Many researchers use qualitative and quantitative methods as well as the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to understand the level of learning burden and learning burnout of students.This study will also use these methods to investigate the learning burden and learning burnout of senior grade primary school students in C District of Chongqing.In which level is the study burden,teachers,parents,students have been concerned about the problem.In order to explore the relationship between primary school students’ learning burden and learning burnout,this paper takes the fifth and sixth graders in C district of Chongqing as the research objects to explore the relationship between learning burden and learning burnout among senior grade students in primary school.This study can not only understand the status quo of learning burden and learning burnout of senior students in primary schools again and analyze the status quo,but also appeal to the education department and the society to continue to pay attention to the problem of learning burden and learning burnout,so as to enrich the educational management means of teachers and parents.This study shows that:(1)The overall study burden of senior grade students in primary schools is at the middle level.But it is not optimistic that the number of homework,learning pressure is too large.(2)The study burden of senior grade students in primary schools has gender differences,and the study burden of girls is heavier than that of boys;There are grade differences in learning burden,the sixth grade students than the fifth grade students learning burden is heavier;There is no significant difference in the study burden of class cadres.The study burden has no significant difference in the father’s education level,but has significant difference in the mother’s education level.There are significant differences in learning burden in academic performance.(3)The overall situation of learning burnout among senior grade students in primary schools is at a medium level.However,their sense of achievement is low and their mental state is not good.(4)In the difference analysis of learning burnout,it is found that there are significant differences in learning burnout among students of different genders,grades,class leaders or not,mothers’ educational level,and grades.There is no significant difference in the degree of father’s learning burnout.(5)Except that there is no significant correlation between low sense of achievement and learning task and learning pressure,learning burnout and various dimensions of senior grade primary school students are significantly positively correlated with learning task,learning pressure,mind-body response and total score of learning burden.
