The quality of personnel training in colleges and universities has attracted the attention of experts and scholars and the public.In recent years,the learning investment of college students has been heatedly discussed.At present,college students lack learning motivation,and the phenomenon of ’ Happy University ’ is particularly prominent.The Ministry of Education has repeatedly issued relevant policies to increase burdens for college students,reverse the situation of ’ Happy University ’,enhance academic challenges,and make students busy.Therefore,under the background of reasonable "burden increase",learning is still the first mission of college students,and the academic pressure,professional identity and learning investment in the process of learning are worthy of our attention.In this paper,under the background of reasonable burden increase’ for college students,academic pressure as the independent variable,professional identity as the intermediary variable,learning investment as the result variable,the comprehensive use of literature analysis,survey method,statistical analysis,try to reveal and verify the relationship between the three,explore in the burden increase background,improve college students’ learning investment,promote the quality of university learning and personnel training.According to the needs of this paper,a questionnaire on college students ’academic stress and learning engagement in the context of “ increase and decrease ” is formed based on the existing maturity scale.A total of 1000 college students from Jiangxi Province,Hainan Province,Guangdong Province and other places are by the questionnaire.Descriptive statistical analysis and difference analysis are used to explore the overall situation and individual differences of college students ’ academic stress,professional identity and learning engagement.Regression analysis and Amos structural equation model are used to explore the relationship among academic stress,professional identity and learning engagement.Through data analysis,it is concluded that the current college students ’ academic pressure and learning engagement are at the middle and lower levels,respectively.There are differences in demographic variables between academic pressure,professional identity and learning engagement.Academic competition,learning prospects,academic burden,learning atmosphere and family expectations in academic pressure positively affect college students ’ learning engagement,and professional identity plays a partial mediating role in academic pressure and learning engagement.According to the survey results,this paper,based on the background of “ burden increase ”,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from multiple perspectives such as the education sector,universities,students and improving professional identity,so as to promote the promotion and further implementation of the “ burden increase ” policy burden increase ” policy of the education sector,effectively improve the degree of learning investment of college students,promote the all-round development of college students,provide continuous high-quality talents for enhancing the innovation and creativity of the Chinese nation,and provide talent guarantee for the rejuvenation of the nation and the prosperity of the society in China.
