| Student homework burden has always been an enduring topic in my country’s education circle.Since the Ministry of Education promulgated the first "burden reduction order" in New China in 1955,the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments have successively issued a series of burden reduction documents.In December 2018,nine departments including the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "Notice on Measures to Reduce the Burden of Primary and Secondary School Students" and the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in Compulsory Education" issued by the General Office of the State Council on July 24,2021,pushing the problem of students’ homework burden to the outlet of education reform.With the in-depth application of information technology in the field of education,how to improve students’ homework burden in a smart learning environment is a question worthy of study.The research on students’ homework burden at home and abroad mainly focuses on four aspects: related research on homework,policy research on homework burden,research on the status quo of homework burden,and research on strategies for reducing homework burden and increasing efficiency.On the basis of sorting out relevant literature,this research combines the smart learning environment in Baise,Guangxi to carry out research.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:This study went deep into Baise,Guangxi,using questionnaires,interviews and other methods to investigate the current situation of homework burden of teachers and students in high school.In terms of poor emotional experience,etc.;teachers’ homework burden is not optimistic,and teachers spend 116.1 minutes on homework management every day.The researchers conducted attribution analysis on the above status quo,and found that the problems can be attributed to the following reasons: teachers’ homework management concept is backward,teachers’ homework design skills are lacking,teachers cannot track and guide students to complete homework in a timely manner,homework inspection and correction are perfunctory,teachers Homework evaluation is inefficient.According to the current situation of homework burden of teachers and students in high schools in Baise,Guangxi,this study,under the guidance of the zone of proximal development theory and the constructivist learning theory,combined with my country’s relevant burden reduction policies,put forward wisdom from four aspects: homework design,homework completion guidance,homework evaluation and homework commentary The strategy of reducing the workload of teachers and students in the learning environment,and then verifying its effectiveness through three rounds of action research,the results show that this strategy can reduce the workload and increase efficiency of teachers and students to a certain extent:1.Reduced teacher’s homework burden: Through the pre-and post-test of teacher’s burden,it was found that teachers’ time in homework design and arrangement,homework inspection,homework correction and homework commentary has been greatly reduced.On the whole,the overall teacher’s homework burden has been reduced by 24.72%.2.Reduced student’s homework burden: Student’s burden is mainly measured from three aspects: homework volume,homework quality,and homework emotion.After three rounds of action research,it was found that students’ homework volume was reduced by25.2%,homework quality was improved by 9%,and students ’ homework emotional experience was improved by 3.2% %,the overall workload of students is reduced by 11.4%.3.Improvement of teaching effect: In this study,students’ scores in four exams were statistically analyzed.Although students’ scores fluctuated slightly,the overall trend was positive.From the first test to the fourth test,the average score of mathematics courses increased from 76.54 to 95.62,an increase of 19.07 points;the average score of chemistry increased from 46.56 to 63.84,an increase of 17.28 points;but the score of physics did not increase but decreased,from 46.53 It dropped to 45.23,an average drop of 1.3 points.The above research results confirm that the strategy of reducing the burden and increasing the efficiency of teachers and students’ homework in the smart learning environment proposed in this study has certain feasibility and effectiveness.The researchers deeply reflect on the effect of the strategy implementation,and finally improve the strategies for reducing the burden and increasing the efficiency of teachers and students’ homework burden,including homework design strategies,homework completion guidance strategies,homework evaluation strategies,and homework evaluation strategies.Among them,homework design strategies include focusing on student differences,designing hierarchical personalized homework and selecting homework topics,and strictly controlling the amount of homework and homework duration;homework completion guidance strategies include students completing homework in a centralized manner,teachers on-site guidance and relying on intelligent teaching platforms.,two strategies for real-time follow-up and guidance;homework evaluation strategies include the use of diversified homework evaluation methods and the use of students’ main role to promote the diversification of evaluation subjects;the final homework evaluation strategy includes precise control of students ’ learning and improvement of evaluation efficiency.And facing individual differences,there are two strategies for individual counseling. |
