In order to solve the development problems in their respective systems,the sports system and the education system put forward the theory of "combination of sports and education" as early as the 1980 s.The purpose of sports system is to promote the sustainable development of sports at that time,and the purpose of education system is to solve the problem of "contradiction between learning and training".Under the historical conditions at that time,"combination of sports and education" has different significance and value of the times.Through the integration of high-quality resources in the education system and sports system,it strives to achieve the integration effect of 1 + 1 greater than 2,in order to solve the development problems encountered in their respective fields at that time and achieve their own training objectives.The proposal of "combination of sports and education" pointed out the direction of school physical education at that time,provided theoretical guidance for promoting comprehensive quality education,provided action guidance for youth training and excellent sports reserve personnel training,and met the inherent requirements of personnel training in a certain historical period.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China: "after a long period of efforts,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is a new historical position for China’s development." In the new era,new demands call for new actions.At this time,the integration of sports and education is born.On April 27,2020,the Central Committee of Shenzhen reform deliberated and passed the "opinions on deepening the integration of sports and education to promote the healthy development of young people",which includes strengthening school sports work,improving the system of young people’s sports events,strengthening the construction of schools with traditional sports characteristics and high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities,deepening the reform of sports schools,standardizing social sports organizations,vigorously cultivating sports teachers and coaches,and strengthening policy guarantee In order to promote the healthy development of young people,we have made top-level design and overall arrangement from eight aspects,such as obstacles,strengthening the organization and implementation.At present,how to be compatible between the education system and the sports system,how to drive more students to participate,how to improve the access of college sports and professional league matches,and how to help the transformation of seedlings,etc.,need the sports department and colleges to complement and interact with each other,which puts forward higher requirements for the integration of sports and education.Based on the above background,this study takes the cultivation of College Students’ basketball talents as the research object,takes the combination of sports and education as the research perspective,and uses the methods of literature review,logical analysis and other scientific research methods to deeply analyze the embedding process and the actual situation of the integration of sports and education in the cultivation of College Students’ basketball talents in China,and puts forward the corresponding optimization path according to the practical constraints,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of College Students’ basketball talents in China The integration of talent,sports and education has made a modest contribution.The results show that: the "integration of sports and education" of College Students’ basketball talent training in China has experienced three stages.The first stage is the initial stage of "integration of sports and education" of College Students’ basketball talent training(1987-2004)The beginning of the integration of sports and education is a sign that the integration of sports and education has entered a substantial stage.The second stage is the exploration stage(2005-2014)of "integration of sports and education" in the cultivation of College Students’ basketball talents.This stage is marked by the transfer of the task of outreach and team formation from the State General Administration of sports to the Ministry of education in 2003,and the gymnastics Office of the Chinese college students’ Sports Association.This is a turning point of "integration of sports and education" in the cultivation of College Students’ basketball talents in China.The third stage is the development stage of "sports and education integration" of College Students’ basketball talent training(from 2015 to now).After the 2013 National Games,the sports bureaus of most provinces and cities in China began to give up the establishment of basketball teams with quota on a large scale,instead of cooperating with CBA teams or sports schools in various provinces and cities,and paid to invite them to form teams or invite players to participate in the National Games It’s a record.The reality of the integration of sports and education in the cultivation of College Students’ basketball talents in China is restricted: the cultural foundation of College Students’ basketball players is relatively weak,lack of self-learning consciousness;the lack of consideration in the professional choice of College Students’ basketball players leads to a dilemma in learning;the training quality and efficiency of College Students’ basketball players are low,which affects the efficiency of after-school learning;the teachers of College Students’ culture course pay less attention to the players,lack of self-learning consciousness Lack of exogenous impetus.The optimization path of "sports and education integration" in the cultivation of college basketball talents in China is as follows: cultivate the endogenous motivation of athletes’ learning,improve the awareness of autonomous learning;pay attention to the accurate professional choice of athletes,plan the career direction in advance;implement a variety of cultivation measures of coaches,improve the level of training guidance;establish the athletes’ cultural counseling mechanism,relieve the pressure of cultural learning.
