The Web-based System For Student Mental-health Assessment And Management

College students are an important group in society.They also bear multiple pressures from their studies,interpersonal relationships,family guidance a nd employment,thus increasing the frequency of College Students’ mental health problems.At present,the incidence rate of depression and anxiety in the student population is increasing.So the mental health problems of students have aroused great concern.However,some mechanic colleges still use traditional paper methods to carry out psychological assessment and management.Therefore,it is important to manage students’ mental health by using information technology.According to the characteristics of mental health education and management of technical college students,this paper studies the information management system of mental health management in accordance with technical colleges.Through the web mode,vscode,the most popular development tool in the front end,is used as the source code editor,standardized UML is used to describe system elements,PHP language is used to realize web documents,and SQL database is used to organize and manage system data.A set of mental health assessment and management system for teachers and students is developed and designed.This system is based on the software engineering development specification and process to achieve the whole system.The first step is to carry out feasibility analysis.After verifying the feasibility analysis,the detailed overall design is carried out,and the user requirements are objectively and comprehensively analyzed.Combined with the requirements,the system functional modules and database structure design are carried out for the system to achieve the goal.According to the system design,how to implement the system is described.Finally,the function test and performance test of the system are carried out,Thus,the expected goal of the system is achieved.The student psychological evaluation and management system designed in this paper is mainly composed of background database and seven primary functional modules,which are user management,evaluation management,file management,consulting management,crisis management,psychological training and system management.It realizes the integrated management function of psychological evaluation,crisis warning and scientific research analysis,provides psychological consultation and psychological training service function,which can serve and manage students well to a certain extent,and reduce the probability of students’ psychological and behavioral problems.The system can effectively manage and analyze the mental health of students by means of information technology,improve the level of mental health education and management in technical colleges,promote the healthy and orderly development of student management in schools,and contribute to creating a harmonious and civilized campus environment.
