With in-depth promotion of mental health education in various regions,a lot of valuable work experience has been accumulated in many developed regions and coastal cities.Research on Yong'an city in central and western regions of Fujian Province as an example,by combing and analyzing the current situation and development trend of mental health education at home and abroad on the methods of questionnaire survey and interviews,investigation on the status quo of Yong'an City 38 middle and primary school mental health education,and the future of Yong'an City mental health education in middle and primary school management countermeasures.The survey found that in the 38 schools 3 92.1%of middle and primary schools have been carried out in varying degrees of mental health education,52.6%of the schools have mental health education into the school work plan,and 52.6%of middle and primary schools have been carried out some activities of improving teachers' mental health.Relevant departments increase funding support to the construction of mental health.Teachers certificates and counseling room have changed greatly.In the overall guidance of the higher authorities,the main way to carry out the middle and primary school students' mental health education in the top three are individual counseling,lectures and psychological painting competition.At the same time,it also carried on the depth investigation of the characteristic school of mental health education in Yong'an.Summarizes four practices worth learning:(1)The "two lines" cooperation education mode;(2)"Happiness and wisdom" mental health education curriculum construction;(3)To create the mental education environment of "Family-School-Social";(4)Multidimensional promotion of teachers' overall quality.But it also found that there are some problems in the work of mental healtheducation in middle and primary schools in Yong'an City:such as unbalanced development,educational ideas need to be changed;organization and management should be strengthened and perfected;lack of professional talents,it is urgent to introduce talents and professional training.Based on the analysis of advantages of Yong'an city,it puts forward four aspects for the management countermeasures and suggestions of middle and primary schools mental health education in Yong'an city.I.e.setting up the greater outlook on mental health education,constructing the network,mutual aid type of mental health education system,perfecting the incentive-oriented mental health education work organization,and strengthening the research and training of mental health education workers.
