Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Process Of Project-Based Operation

In advancing the construction of the modernization of the social governance system and governance capabilities,the government and social forces purchase social services in the form of projects,participate in the construction of social governance,and greatly promote the project-oriented development of social services.The project-based form of social services can integrate multiple resources,improve service efficiency,and meet the people’s increasingly abundant public service needs.The projectization of social services requires workers to master the theoretical knowledge of project manage ment and integrate with practical work.Limited by the development of social organizations and the practical level of project management in the field of social services,social organizations inevitably face some problems that hinder project operation during project operation.How to use project management ideas and knowledge to guide the operation process of social work projects,solving practical problems,attracting wide at tention in current academic research and practice.This article takes the H Social Work Service Center’s left-behind children project as the research object,combines literature materials and experience during internships,adopts participatory observation method and document analysis method,uses project management theory,from the application,planning and implementation of the projectbased operation process of left-behind children The main work of the three stages of evaluation and supervision is discussed,to clarify the main problems existing in the project operation process,to explore the deep-seated reasons,and to seek reasonable solutions.Research has found that in the project operation process of the H Social Work Service Center’s Left-behind Children Project,there are mainly dilemmas between the needs of service targets and project tasks,the project management process is not stand ardized,the professionalism of project services is not clear,and the project supervision and evaluation mechanism is incomplete.Issues such as gender;the factors that affect project operation are not only the implementation ability of the project implementer, but also the responsibility of the project service purchaser,as well as the influence of the development of the social work industry and social organization.The article is from the project service implementer’s Social Work Service Center,At the level of the external environment of project operation,we have an in-depth understanding and analysis of the causes of the problems,and put forward the internal improvement countermeasures aimed at improving the quality of the social work service center,and the external improvement countermeasures aimed at standardizing the project operation environment,hoping to be able Improve project operation efficiency,promote the maximum use of project resources,and improve the quality of social services.
