“Left-behind children” in rural areas not only has always been our government and community attention social groups,but also a difficult social problem in our country,according to the latest survey,there are still many left-behind children are facing with various problems more than 902 rural in China.In particular,this year is to start a decisive battle against poverty in China's first year,and then,towards the year of precision poverty alleviation endeavor,the state and the government has always been closely related to the problem of left behind children.However,only relying on government forces to solve this social problem is obviously inadequate.Non profit organizations as a great social force,are effective with the relevant functions of the government,and in the project operation,non-profit organization plays a more and more important role in our daily life,but many left-behind children care program did not bring sustainable benefit for the recipients of children.In this research,China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation " Tongban Jihua" as an example,through the way of literature research and case study to explore the application case in the operation of the project management method,practice departments and project linkage,to analyze and summarize the project professional,systematic,persistent and insufficient.In order to care model left-behind children sustainable provide reference and experience,and through the research on the operation of the " Tongban Jihua",explore the establishment of left-behind children monitoring network in the poor village,protect the rights of left-behind children,adhere to family responsibility,government leading,social participation,the principle of classification of security solutions provide left-behind children feasible suggestions.
