Left-behind Children Social Work Service Mode Research

Under the dual structure between urban and rural areas of rural labor force to cities gradually,due to the system of household registration,housing,education and so on limit,migrant children and left-behind rural,left-behind children is under the background of the social transformation of a special group.As we all know,the problem of left-behind children has since put forward the social attention.Accelerate the rural left-behind children professional social work services,to promote to solve the problem of the social contradictions and the modern development,realize the socialist harmonious society,has the very vital significance.Based on the author of this paper is to Y county the only institution during the internship,a social worker with social work services in the agency project "watch spring" caring about left-behind children project as the research object,by using literature method,interview method and operation method for exploration,research and analysis project.This paper will be from the perspective of social work practice,for every stage in the process of project implementation in detail,including from the early stage of the project baseline survey,requirement analysis,resource deployment,design services to the project execution.An orderly and the author clearly shows the entire project actual operation process and analyze the results of case studies,and summing up the experience of the project is beneficial and problems existing in the process of reflection and deficiencies:such as institutions and social workers,lack of professional supervision and professional social workers,the project service lack of professionalism;Design aspects of service content,thoughtless and failed to achieve the desired effect;Part of the project site school cooperation degree is not high.Again from the Angle of practice reflection in the practice of the problems puts forward improvement Suggestions,including to speed up the training supervision,improve social worker skills,improve the personnel training system;Flexible,also improve service content;Use of social resources as much as possible,such as community,school,government,etc,support to project activities to be more smoothly.Hope this paper through to the left-behind children of social work practice operation mode field investigation,the present status and to analyze it,forming a service in the service mode of left-behind children project.Hope this paper can left-behind children operation mode of social work practice and the research of relevant supplement,to enrich the research in this field,and provide reference for future research.
